The Ultimate Halloween Virtual Team Trivia Quiz

Step into the ultimate Halloween virtual trivia night! A fast-paced and fully hosted quiz showdown where your group will compete in teams across five Halloween-themed rounds.

Guided by your engaging live host (aka your Quiz Dungeon Master), you’ll laugh, guess, and strategize your way through rounds that mix classic trivia with interactive and immersive game elements. Between spooky settings and silly banter, this is the Halloween team quiz done right.

The Frightful General Knowledge Round
–> Start off strong with trivia covering monsters, myths, and everything in between

The Monstrous Music Round
–> Name that spooky tune, guess the release year, and figure out where the artist is from

Back to Spooky School
–> Answer classroom-style questions in subjects like science, history, and math — all with a Halloween twist

The Who’s Who Round
–> Identify famous figures from a visual lineup, from historical icons to pop culture stars

Sounds of Horrors
–> Work out which creature (real or mythical) is making each haunting sound clip

Teams can be pre-assigned or randomly generated, and you’ll submit answers via a simple, interactive answer portal. There’s also the option to personalize your experience with a custom quiz round focused on your company, team, or industry (available on request).

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> You’ll be welcomed by your high energy quiz / dungeon host, who’ll introduce the experience and explain the rules.
–> We will then split you into teams of 3-8ppl. These teams can be chosen by you or can be randomly assigned. (For groups 50+ teams will be randomly assigned).
–> The quiz will then begin, with you taking part in 5 different rounds of trivia.
–> Each round will follow a similar format where the questions are asked to the entire group. You will then be split into breakout rooms to answer as a team.
–> After each round we will update you on the scores.
–> At the end, the winning team will be crowned the Halloween trivia champions!

• Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run this virtual Halloween trivia quiz on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex. (Some restrictions may apply).
• Q: Can we run this experience using our own meeting link? A: Yes, you absolutely can! Whilst we typically provide a secure link for the virtual Halloween trivia quiz, you are welcome to use your own company’s meeting link if that’s more convenient for your team. We’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly, regardless of the platform.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, every virtual team building event is led by a professional host who will guide your team through the challenges, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and fun experience. Each event will also be assigned an event technician who is on hand to support the technical aspects, so your team can focus solely on the fun.
• Q: Is this experience suitable for global audiences? A: Of course! Our Halloween quiz online is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for teams from around the globe.
• Q: Can we select the teams? A: Yes, for groups of fewer than 50, you have the option to select your own teams ahead of time or let us assign them randomly. For larger groups, we generally manage team assignments to keep things simple and ensure a balanced experience for all participants.
• Q: How much of the experience is spent in breakout rooms? A: About 30% of the event is spent in breakout rooms with your teams. The remaining 70% is spent all together as an entire group. If you choose to play the head-to-head version of the game no breakout rooms are used.
• Q: Can this experience work for hybrid groups? A: Yes, this experience is suitable for fully remote and hybrid groups.
• Q: Can we play this experience head-to-head instead? A: Yes, you can play the game as individuals (head-to-head) instead of teams if you prefer. 
• Q: Can we include custom content in the game? A: Yes, we can adapt the game content to include custom questions about your company or any other topic you’d like. Additional surcharges apply for customization.
• Q: Can we change the length of the experience?  A: Yes, whilst the experience is 60 minutes as standard it can be adapted to be 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 75 minutes or 90 minutes as required.
• Q: Can we arrange beverages & snacks for attendees? A: Yes, we can arrange for beverages & snacks to be delivered alongside your experience from +$59pp (inc US delivery). These are delivered separately to your experience kit. Contact us for full details & options available.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
• Payment can be made either via card or transfer.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
• If you’d like to set us up as an official supplier, please send over any vendor supplier forms for review.
