Depending on your group size, you’ll play in teams sizes 3-8ppl, which can either be chosen by you or randomized. On each round, you’ll play for points to see who’ll be crowned the Holiday season trivia champions!

This is an inclusive trivia experience with rounds designed for all quizzing abilities.

For those wishing to personalize their experience, we can create a custom trivia round based around your company or any topic that you choose. (Pricing below).

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> You’ll be welcomed by your high energy quiz host, who’ll introduce the experience and explain the rules.
–> We will then split you into teams of 3-8ppl. These teams can be chosen by you or can be randomly assigned. (For groups 50+, teams will be randomly assigned.)
–> The quiz will then begin, with you taking part in 5 different rounds of trivia.
–> After each round, we will update you on the scores.
–> At the end, the winning team will be announced.

• Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run this experience on Zoom as standard, but we can also run it on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex.
• Q: Can we run this experience on our own meeting link? A: We run this on our own event link as standard and will send you the link for you to share with your guests after you book. But, if you prefer, we can also run this on your own company event link.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this experience is hosted by a live quiz master host. Depending on the size of your event, there will also be 1-5 Avva Event Technicians running the tech side of your event.
• Q: Do we need to prepare anything ahead of the event? A: No, your guests just turn up and enjoy the experience.
• Q: Is this experience suitable for global audiences? A: Yes, we design the content of our game shows to be suitable for global audiences.
• Q: Can we select the teams? A: Yes, for groups of fewer than 50, you have the option to select your own teams ahead of time or let us assign them randomly. For larger groups, we generally manage team assignments to keep things simple and ensure a balanced experience for all participants.
• Q: How long does the event run? A: The standard runtime is 60 minutes. We can trim to 30 minutes or extend to 75–90 minutes if you’d like more rounds or extra social time.
• Q: What do attendees need to join? A: Just a computer or mobile device, a reliable internet connection, and the event link. A mic is recommended; webcams are optional. No prep or downloads beyond your chosen meeting platform.
• Q: Can this experience work for hybrid groups? A: Yes, an online holiday season trivia quiz is suitable for fully remote and hybrid groups.
• Q: Can we play this experience head-to-head instead? A: Yes, you can play the game as individuals (head-to-head) instead of teams if you prefer.
• Q: How much of the experience is spent in breakout rooms? A: About 30% of the event is spent in breakout rooms with your teams. The remaining 70% is spent altogether as an entire group. If you choose to play the head-to-head version of the game, no breakout rooms are used.
• Q: Can we include custom content in the game? A: Yes, we can adapt the game content to include custom questions about your company or any other topic you’d like. Additional surcharges apply for customization.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure of attendee numbers.
• Payment can be made either via card or transfer.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
