OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

​​–> You’ll be welcomed by your high energy host (Mr or Mrs Claus), who’ll introduce the experience and explain the rules.
–> We will then split you into teams of 3-8ppl. These teams can be chosen by you or can be randomly assigned. (For groups of 50+, teams will be randomly assigned.)
–> The mini games will then begin as you take part in various rounds of bingo, trivia & races.
–> After each round, we will update you on the scores.
–> At the end, the winning team will be announced.

• Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run this virtual holiday party extravaganza on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex.
• Q: Can we run this experience on our own meeting link? A: We run this on our own event link as standard and will send you the link for you to share with your guests after you book. But, if you prefer, we can also run this on your own company event link.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this experience is hosted by a live game show host. Depending on the size of your event, there will also be 1-5 Avva Event Technicians running the tech side of your event.
• Q: Do we need to prepare anything ahead of the event? A: No, your guests just turn up and enjoy the experience.
• Q: Is this experience suitable for global audiences? A: Yes, we design the content of our game shows to be suitable for global audiences. We offer flexible scheduling and can accommodate your event 24/7 based on global time zones, which is perfect for remote teams.
• Q: Can we select the teams? A: For groups under 50, teams can either be random or selected by you. For groups over 50, this is done randomly.
• Q: How much of the experience is spent in breakout rooms? A: About 30% of the event is spent in breakout rooms with your teams. The remaining 70% is spent altogether as an entire group. If you choose to play the head-to-head version of the game, no breakout rooms are used.
• Q: Can this experience work for hybrid groups? A: Yes, this virtual holiday party for work is suitable for fully remote and hybrid groups.
• Q: Can we play this experience head-to-head instead? A: Yes, you can play this holiday party online as individuals (head-to-head) instead of teams if you prefer. 
• Q: Can we include custom content in the game? A: Yes, we can adapt the game content to include custom questions about your company or any other topic you’d like. Additional surcharges apply for customization.
• Q: Can we change the length of the experience?  A: Yes, whilst the experience is 60 minutes as standard it can be adapted to be 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 75 minutes as required.

• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
