Create a beautiful holiday centerpiece in this virtual workshop.

Hosted by an expert florist, who will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to make your centerpiece. As well as making your centerpiece, you’ll also learn best practices for succulent care and maintenance.

All centerpiece materials will be delivered to attendees ahead of your event. This includes a variety of succulents, soil, dried florals, moss and preserved eucalyptus.

This workshop is an ideal virtual activity for groups looking to connect and create something for the holiday season.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> Your event will start with an intro from your event host (and from you too if you would like!)
–> Your expert host will talk you through the contents of the box, providing an overview of the plants and materials you’ll be using.
–> Next, you’ll be led step-by-step to create your centerpiece, with lots of time to chat with one another and ask as many questions as you would like.
–> Your host will provide some tips and education on botanicals and succulents.
–> At the end the group can share and compare your creations on screen. Feel free to stay on the call to socialize after the experience has finished!

  • Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run this experience on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex.
  • Q: Can we run this experience on our own meeting link? A: We usually run this on our own event link and will send you the link for you to share with your guests after you book. But, if you prefer we can also run this on your own company event link.
  • Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this experience is hosted by a live expert host. There will also be an Avva Event Technician running the tech side of your event.
  • Q: What materials are included in the kits? A: Kits include all materials and plants required to make your holiday centerpiece. (A full itemized list can be provided on request).
  • Q: What materials do we need to provide ourselves? A: Nothing, just prepare a clear workspace ahead of your event.
  • Q: Can you delivery internationally? A: Only Canada delivery is available for a surcharge.
  • Q: How do we send you attendee addresses? A: We will provide an Excel template for you to submit attendee addresses on.
  • Q: When do you require attendee addresses submitting? A: Addresses are required 2-weeks before your event. (This may be longer for international events).
  • Q: Can we arrange beverages & snacks for attendees? A: Yes, we can arrange for beverages & snacks to be delivered alongside your experience from +$59pp (inc US delivery). These are delivered separately to your experience kit. Contact us for full details & options available.
Terms & Conditions
  • Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
  • Payment can be made either via card or transfer.
  • A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
  • You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
  • If you’d like to set us up as an official supplier, please send over any vendor supplier forms for review.
