An Interactive Virtual Coffee & Chocolate Tasting Class

Learn how to taste coffee and chocolate in this interactive virtual tasting class.

Hosted by an expert barista who will guide you in tasting 3 delicious coffees and 3 craft chocolates. During this interactive session you’ll learn how coffee and chocolate can be tasted like wine, so that you pair them for a fantastic new flavor.

This is a fun and interactive virtual coffee and chocolate tasting experience, that is suitable for team building experiences, company celebrations or client prospective events. The format of our virtual coffee tasting experience can be adapted to suit your event requirements and occasion.

All coffees, chocolates and materials are delivered ahead of your event with attendees only needing a kettle (or pot to heat water), 2 mugs and 2 spoons to take part. (No coffee maker is required).

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> An introduction from the host about your event. You may also wish to do an introduction for your guests.
–> Your host will introduce you to the bring-to-your-body-temperature chocolate-tasting technique, and the side-by-side coffee tasting technique that pros use (no coffee maker required!).
–> You’ll taste the chocolates by themselves, the coffees by themselves and then both together as a pairing.
–> At the end is the big reveal, when your host shares the origin and profile of each sample, and you find out how closely your own experience matches that of the experts.
–> After the session ends, feel free to stay on the call to socialize!

STANDARD EVENT PACK CONTENTS:

–> Additional Coffee Explorer Box to be enjoyed after the tasting

• Q: What platform is this virtual coffee and chocolate tasting run on? A: We run this experience on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex.
• Q: Can we run this experience on our own meeting link? A: We usually run this on our own event link and will send you the link for you to share with your guests after you book. But, if you prefer we can also run this on your own company event link.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this experience is hosted by a live expert host. There will also be an Avva Event Technician running the tech side of your event.
• Q: Can we adapt the format of the tasting? A: Yes, we can adapt the format of the virtual coffee tasting to suit your requirements. Typically we customize the format for client prospecting events.
• Q: Can you delivery internationally? A: Yes, international delivery is available for a surcharge. (Some restrictions apply).
• Q: What dietary requirements can you cater for? A: Vegan guests can be catered for. Please ask for more details when you inquire.
• Q: How do we send you attendee addresses? A: We will provide an Excel template for you to submit attendee addresses on.
• Q: When do you require attendee addresses submitting? A: Addresses are required 2-weeks before your event. (This may be longer for international events).

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
• Payment can be made either via card or transfer.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
