An Interactive Virtual Donut Making Class

Hosted by a live expert who will guide you step-by-step in creating 6 delicious glazed donuts. The format and recipe has been designed for all baking abilities, meaning that that this virtual baking class is inclusive for everyone.

This is a friendly and relaxed event, perfect for virtual team socials, company celebrations or any event where you’d like people to connect through food!

Ingredients kits can be delivered to attendees ahead of your event. Alternatively you can book as a BYO class where attendees source their own ingredients. For the BYO format an ingredients list will be sent to you.

Most dietary requirements can be catered for including vegan, gluten fee and dairy free. Some surcharges apply for dietary requirements, so please get in touch for full information.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> Your expert will provide an introduction to your class. You may also wish to do an introduction for your attendees.
–> After running through all the ingredients and equipment required, you’ll then get started in making your donuts. Your host will provide you with step-by-step instructions and questions will be encouraged throughout the session.
–> Whilst your donuts are baking in the oven, you’ll host will play a quick icebreaker game with your group.
–> Following baking you’ll then prepare the vanilla glaze, before glazing and decorating your donuts. (Your host will also talk you through additional toppings you can add).
–> At the end you’ll do the all important taste test! Before a group photo is taken with your creations!
–> Your host will then drop off the event link, but you can stay on and chat for as long as you like once they’ve left.

• Q: What platform is this virtual donut making experience run on? A: We run this experience on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex.
• Q: Can we run this experience on our own meeting link? A: We usually run this on our own event link and will send you the link for you to share with your guests after you book. But, if you prefer we can also run this on your own company event link.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this virtual donut making class is hosted by a live expert host. There will also be an Avva Event Technician running the tech side of your event.
• Q: What materials are included in the kits? A: Kits include all ambient ingredients and specialist equipment required for your virtual donut making workshop. (A full itemized list can be provided on request).
• Q: What materials do we need to provide ourselves? A: Attendees will need access to a kitchen and basic kitchen equipment. There are also a few basic fresh ingredients attendees need to provide. (A full itemized list can be provided on request).

• Q: Can you deliver internationally? A: Yes, international delivery is available for a surcharge. For packs including food items some shipping restrictions apply.
• Q: How do we send you attendee addresses? A: We will provide an Excel template for you to submit attendee addresses on.
• Q: When do you require attendee addresses submitting? A: Addresses are required 2-weeks before your event. (This may be longer for international events).

• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
