Welcome to Camp Avva, the ultimate virtual campfire team building experience! Designed to spark connection, laughter, and just the right amount of friendly competition, This high energy virtual event brings together the fun of summer camp to your home or office. 

Your event will be hosted live by a “Camp Chief,” plus a dedicated “Tech Counsellor.” Guests (or campers) are welcomed into the Camp Avva world with creative name prompts, immersive camp themed backdrops, and sound effects that set the scene. 

After introductions, you’ll be split into teams before you start playing a series of hilarious and interactive mini-games. These include:

  • Would You Rather – Discover what your fellow campers’ preferences are with fun questions like “Would you rather travel anywhere in the past or a 1000 years into the future?”
  • Campfire Remix – You’ll listen to some classic songs by the campfire by resident guitarist Camp Counsellor Jack. But Jack has mixed up the lyrics and tunes, are you still able to identify these?
  • Desert Island Picks – Discover what everyone’s desert island songs, book, move  & luxuries are! 
  • Lost in the Woods – Work together to identify the animals in the Camp Avva forest. 
  • BONUS ROUND – Alphabet Game – For those who order the S’mores Making Kit you’ll also play The Alphabet Game whilst making and enjoying some yummy S’mores. 

The delivery version of this game is 75 minutes with campers receiving a s’mores making kit to enjoy during the final round. The non-delivery version is 60 minutes with the same core games and excitement (minus the marshmallows).

This game is usually played in a team format with teams of 3-8 people, but can also be played ‘head-to-head’ if that’s preferred. 

Whether you’re bringing together a fully remote or hybrid team, onboarding new employees, or hosting a virtual holiday party. Camp Avva is a unique interactive virtual experience that builds meaningful connections between people.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> Welcome to Camp Avva: attendees are greeted by their Camp Chief host and Tech Counsellor.
–> Camp Name Challenge: Everyone will be assigned a camp name, before being placed in teams of 3-8 people (depending on the size of your event).
–> You’ll then play the first two mini games Would You Rather & Campfire Remix. 
–> At the halfway point there will be a scoreboard check.
–> In the second half you’ll play Desert Island Picks & Lost in the Woods.
–> Delivery Version Bonus Round: For those having s’mores making kits delivered, you’ll then enjoy making and eating your s’mores whilst playing The Alphabet Game.
–> Final Scores & Wrap-Up: At the end, the host will run through the final team scores and will let everyone know the results. The Avva team will then drop off the event, but you are welcome to stay on the link as long as you like.

  • Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run this experience on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex. (Some restrictions may apply).
  • Q: Can we run this experience using our own meeting link? A: Yes, you absolutely can! Whilst we typically provide a secure link for the session, you are welcome to use your own company’s meeting link if that’s more convenient for your team. We’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly, regardless of the platform.
  • Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, every virtual campfire session is led by a professional host who will guide your team through the challenges, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and fun experience. Each event will also be assigned an event technician who is on hand to support the technical aspects, so your team can focus solely on the fun.
  • Q. Do we need to prepare anything ahead of the event? A: There’s no need for any special preparation. For those who select them, we will send out S’mores Making Kits to arrive with attendees ahead of the event. All your team needs to do is show up ready to have some fun!
  • Q: Is this experience suitable for global audiences? A: Of course! Our Virtual Campfire Team Building activity is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for teams from around the world. Kits can be delivered to international countries. (Delivery surcharges may apply).
  • Q: Can we select the teams? A: Yes, for groups of fewer than 50, you have the option to select your own teams ahead of time or let us assign them randomly. For larger groups, we generally manage team assignments to keep things simple and ensure a balanced experience for all participants.
  • Q: How much of the experience is spent in breakout rooms? A: About 25% of the event is spent in breakout rooms with your teams. The remaining 75% is spent all together as an entire group. If you choose to play the head-to-head version of the game no breakout rooms are used. 
  • Q: What’s included in the S’mores Making Kits? A: Kits include ingredients and materials to make s’mores at home or in the office. Box contents:- marshmallows, chocolate, crackers, tea-light toaster and instructions. 
  • Q: What materials do we need to provide ourselves? A: Nothing, just prepare a clear workspace ahead of your event.
  • Q: Can you deliver internationally? A: Yes, international delivery is available for a surcharge.
  • Q: How do we send you attendee addresses? A: We will provide an Excel template for you to submit attendee addresses on.
  • Q: When do you require attendee addresses submitting? A: Addresses are required 2-weeks before your event. (This may be longer for international events).
Terms & Conditions
  • Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
  • Payment can be made either via card or transfer.
  • A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
  • You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
  • If you’d like to set us up as an official supplier, please send over any vendor supplier forms for review.
