Frost & Sprinkle: A Virtual Holiday Cupcake Decorating Class

Get into the festive spirit with this creative and joyful Virtual Holiday Cupcake Decorating Class!

Led by a live expert host, you’ll be guided step-by-step through the process of decorating delicious cupcakes using holiday-themed techniques. From frosted trees and festive wreaths to snowmen and poinsettias, you’ll learn how to master different piping tips and sprinkle placement, all while embracing the season’s creativity.

Throughout the session, your host will keep the atmosphere fun and relaxed; sharing tips, answering questions, and encouraging light conversation..

This experience is perfect for remote team socials, virtual holiday parties, or any celebration where you want to bring people together through festive fun and frosting. 

Enough ingredients are provided to decorate up to 12 cupcakes. You’ll usually decorate 5-7 in the class, giving you spares to design with your new found skills in your own time. 

Ingredients kits can be delivered to attendees ahead of your event. Alternatively you can book as a BYO class where attendees source their own ingredients. For the BYO format an ingredients list will be sent to you.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> Your expert host will provide a warm welcome and overview of the class, checking everyone has their cupcakes, frosting, and decorating tools ready.
–> You’ll start by learning how to prep your piping bags and use a range of tips, before trying out your first few designs (a tree, an ornament, holly leaves).
–> Your host will guide you through each design in a step-by-step format, offering visual demonstrations and encouraging guests to decorate at their own pace.
–> Midway through the session, you’ll create more advanced decorations like a poinsettia and melting snowman using piping techniques and sprinkles.
–> Once all 5 guided cupcakes are complete, guests will use what they’ve learned to freestyle and create their own “design your own” cupcake.
–> At the end, everyone will hold up their favourite cupcake for a festive group photo.
–> Your host will then wrap up the session, leaving guests to stay online and chat if they wish.

• Q: What platform is this virtual holiday cupcake decorating experience run on? A: We run this experience on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex.
• Q: Can we run this experience on our own meeting link? A: We usually run this on our own event link and will send you the link for you to share with your guests after you book. But, if you prefer we can also run this on your own company event link.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this virtual holiday cupcake decorating class is hosted by a live expert host. There will also be an Avva Event Technician running the tech side of your event.
• Q: What materials and ingredients are included in the kits? A: Kits include all ingredients required for your virtual holiday cupcake decorating class. (A full itemized list can be provided on request). 
• Q: What materials and ingredients do we need to provide ourselves? A: Attendees will need access to a kitchen and basic kitchen equipment. If you arrange a BYO ingredients class a full itemized ingredients list will be sent ahead of the event.
• Q: How do we send you attendee addresses? A: We will provide an Excel template for you to submit attendee addresses on.
• Q: When do you require attendee addresses submitting? A: Addresses are required 2-weeks before your event. (This may be longer for international events).
• Q: Can we arrange beverages & snacks for attendees? A: Yes, we can arrange for beverages & snacks to be delivered alongside your experience from +$59pp (inc US delivery). These are delivered separately to your experience kit. Contact us for full details & options available.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
• Payment can be made either via card or transfer.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
