The Virtual Holiday Season Pottery Pictionary Showdown is the ultimate creative celebration for your virtual holiday gathering. This unique, laughter-filled event blends festive flair with hands-on crafting and team competition—making it ideal for corporate holiday parties, remote team celebrations, or end-of-year get-togethers.

Guided by your charismatic holiday host, you’ll start with Sculpt & Tell: Festive Edition, an icebreaker where participants mould their favourite seasonal gift from polymer clay before sharing with the group. It’s a light-hearted warm-up that gets everyone smiling, chatting, and in the festive mood.

From there, the competition heats up. You’ll be split into teams of 3-8 people to play two rounds of Holiday Pottery Pictionary. Each round, your team will be assigned a seasonal object to sculpt, ranging from the easy (e.g. a snowman) to the more difficult (e.g. ‘Home Alone’ the movie). Other teams will then try to guess your masterpiece while you attempt to decode theirs. Points are awarded for both guessing correctly and having your object guessed, making every turn an opportunity to climb the leaderboard.

At the end, the scores will be tallied and one lucky group will be announced the Holiday Pottery Pictionary Champions, earning seasonal bragging rights for the year ahead.

This is a hilarious and engaging holiday season themed activity designed to bring groups together for a unique and memorable festive experience. Pottery Pictionary can be played in groups sized 5-500 people and has content inclusive for national and international audiences.

Colour Clay Kits will be delivered to attendees ahead of your event. Polymer clay is used meaning there is no mess!

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> You’ll be welcomed by your high-energy host, who’ll introduce the festive experience and explain the format.
–> The first individual challenge will be our “Festive Sculpt & Tell” round.
–> You’ll then be split into teams of 3-8 people. These teams can be chosen by you or can be randomly assigned. (For groups 50+ teams will be randomly assigned).
–> You’ll then play 2 rounds of “Holiday Season Pottery Pictionary.” Each round will have a different theme.
–> At the end, our host will run through the final team scores and will let everyone know the results.

Whilst we typically provide a secure link for the session, you are welcome to use your own company’s meeting link if that’s more convenient for your team. We’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly, regardless of the platform.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, every festive session is led by a professional host who will guide your team through the challenges, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and fun experience. Each event will also be assigned an event technician who is on hand to support with the technical aspects, so your team can focus solely on the fun.
• Q. Do we need to prepare anything ahead of the event? A: There’s no need for any special preparation. We will send out Colour Clay Kits to arrive with attendees ahead of the event. All your team needs to do is show up with a creative mindset, ready to have some fun!
• Q: Is this festive experience suitable for global audiences? A: Of course! Our Pottery Pictionary activity is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for teams from around the world. Kits can be delivered to international countries. (Delivery surcharges may apply).
• Q: Can we select the teams? A: Yes, for groups of fewer than 50, you have the option to select your own teams ahead of time or let us assign them randomly. For larger groups, we generally manage team assignments to keep things simple and ensure a balanced experience for all participants.
• Q: How much of the festive experience is spent in breakout rooms? A: About 30% of the event is spent in breakout rooms with your teams. The remaining 70% is spent all together as an entire group.
• Q: Can we adapt the format of this virtual Holiday experience? A: Yes, this is a customisable experience, that can be adapted to your event requirements and team goals.
• Q: What materials are included in the Colour Clay Kits? A: Kits include approximately 20-30 different coloured polymer clays.
• Q: What materials do we need to provide ourselves? A: Nothing, just prepare a clear workspace ahead of your event.
• Q: Can you deliver internationally? A: Yes, international delivery is available for a surcharge.
• Q: How do we send you attendee addresses? A: We will provide an Excel template for you to submit attendee addresses on.
• Q: When do you require attendee addresses submitting? A: Addresses are required 2-weeks before your event. (This may be longer for international events).
• Q: Is Holiday Season Pottery Pictionary a messy experience? A: No! Unlike traditional clay, polymer clay doesn’t leave residue on hands or surfaces.
• Q: Can we arrange drinks & snacks for attendees? A: Yes, we can arrange for drinks & snacks to be delivered from +£27pp + VAT (inc UK delivery). These are delivered separately to your experience kit. Contact us for full details & options available.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
