During the session, your host will walk you through the process of melting wax, blending festive scents, setting your wick, and pouring your candle. As your candle cools, the fun continues with a lighthearted round of holiday trivia, bringing out laughter, friendly competition and plenty of seasonal cheer.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> Guests join via video conference (e.g. Zoom) and are welcomed by the live instructor.
–> Introduction to the project, unboxing of kits, and workspace setup.
–> Step-by-step guidance on melting wax, blending fragrances, and setting wicks.
–> Participants pour their candles while enjoying rounds of holiday trivia.
–> Candles are left to cool as the group shares laughs and trivia results.
–> Final touches with festive labels to personalize each candle.
–> Big group reveal of finished candles, photos, and closing remarks.

• Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run the virtual candle making workshop on Zoom as standard, but we can also run it on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex. (Some restrictions may apply.)
• Q: Can we run this experience using our own meeting link? A: Yes, you absolutely can! Whilst we typically provide a secure link for the virtual holiday candle making class event, you are welcome to use your own company’s meeting link if that’s more convenient for your team. We’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly, regardless of the platform.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this holiday candle making experience is hosted by a live expert host. There will also be an Avva Event Technician running the tech side of your event.
• Q: What materials are included in the kits? A: Kits include all materials required to make your holiday candle. (A full itemized list can be provided on request.)
• Q: What materials do we need to provide? A: Attendees will need access to; a stovetop or microwave, a small pot, a spoon, water, and a kitchen towel. 
• Q: Can you deliver internationally? A: Yes, international delivery is available for a surcharge. Some restrictions may apply. 
• Q: How do we send you attendee addresses? A: We will provide an Excel template for you to submit attendee addresses on.
• Q: When do you require attendee addresses submitting? A: Addresses are required 2 weeks before your event. (This may be longer for international events.)
