In this live-hosted online piñata workshop, you’ll learn how to decorate your very own festive 6-inch donkey piñata while snacking on authentic Mexican candies. Each kit comes with everything you need, including a paper-mâché base, glue, crepe paper, and stickers. No prior craft experience is necessary, just bring your imagination!

Guided step-by-step by an expert instructor, participants will learn piñata-making techniques, explore the cultural significance behind the tradition, and enjoy lighthearted conversation and connection. Your host will keep the energy high with music, fun questions, and opportunities for guests to share progress along the way.

The experience ends with a showcase of everyone’s finished creations and a virtual group photo to capture the moment. Whether for a virtual team social, a company celebration, or a client appreciation event, this is a fun, hands-on activity that blends learning, laughter, and creativity.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

  • Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run the virtual pinata workshop on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex. (Some restrictions may apply).
  • Q: Can we run this experience using our own meeting link? A: Yes, you absolutely can! Whilst we typically provide a secure link for the virtual pinata making event, you are welcome to use your own company’s meeting link if that’s more convenient for your team. We’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly, regardless of the platform.
  • Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this online pinata making experience is hosted by a live expert host. There will also be an Avva Event Technician running the tech side of your event.
  • Q: What materials are included in the kits? A: Kits include all materials required to make your pinata. (A full itemized list can be provided on request).
  • Q: What materials do we need to provide? A: Attendees will need to provide a cup of water and paper towels. Everything else is provided in the kits.  
  • Q: Can you deliver internationally? A: Yes, international delivery is available for a surcharge. Some restrictions may apply. 
  • Q: How do we send you attendee addresses? A: We will provide an Excel template for you to submit attendee addresses on.
  • Q: When do you require attendee addresses submitting? A: Addresses are required 2-weeks before your event. (This may be longer for international events).
  • Q: Can we arrange beverages & snacks for attendees? A: Yes, we can arrange for beverages & snacks to be delivered alongside your experience from +$59pp (inc US delivery). Contact us for full details & options available.
Terms & Conditions
  • Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure of attendee numbers.
  • Payment can be made either via card or transfer.
  • A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
  • You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
  • If you’d like to set us up as an official supplier, please send over any vendor supplier forms for review.
