Guests access digital bingo cards through a simple mobile-friendly platform (no downloads required), where answers appear as words and images. As questions are asked or music clips are played, players mark off answers on their cards while competing for points, lines, and full houses.

The experience is structured around three interactive rounds, each bringing a festive twist to the classic bingo format:

• 🎄 The Crimbo Bingo Round: In this festive trivia bingo round, each number represents a holiday-themed question. Mark off the answer on your bingo card if you know it.
• 🎵 The Festive ‘Full House’ Music Round: In our music bingo round, artist names replace the numbers. We promise we don’t just play “Line” dancing music and full “House” music… Terrible puns are included for free.
• 🎬 Hasta La Vista, Bingo: Bingo is like a box of chocolates… you never know what you’re going to get. It’s our movie and TV-themed trivia bingo round.

–> Final Scoreboard and Winners Announced: Final scores are revealed before the holiday bingo champions are crowned.

• Q: Can we run this experience on our own meeting link? A: Yes, absolutely. While we typically provide a secure event link for your convenience, you’re welcome to use your company’s own meeting link if that’s more convenient for your team.
• Q: Is this virtual holiday music trivia bingo hosted? A: Yes. The experience is led by a professional live host, with a dedicated Event Technician managing the technical side.
• Q: Should we provide prizes? A: Offering prizes is optional, but if you choose to include them, we recommend awarding prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure of attendee numbers.
• Payment can be made either via card or transfer.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
