This guided virtual desk stretching class is designed for people who spend long periods sitting at a desk, helping to reduce physical tension, improve mobility, and support overall wellbeing.
Led by an expert instructor, this online desk stretching workshop focuses on simple, practical stretching and movement exercises that can be easily incorporated into the workday. The emphasis is on improving flexibility, reducing stiffness, and building mental resilience, rather than physical performance.
Most exercises are performed seated in a chair, with optional standing movements for those who are comfortable. This makes the session highly inclusive and accessible for all participants, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience.
Participants will be guided through a structured sequence of movements designed to relieve common areas of tension such as the neck, shoulders, back, and hips. The session also includes breathing and visualisation elements to support relaxation and focus.
Two formats are available depending on your schedule:
30 Minute Class – A focused session designed to quickly relieve tension and refresh both body and mind.
60 Minute Class – A more comprehensive experience with additional exercises and a longer relaxation component.
