A Virtual “Horrorgami” Halloween Origami Workshop

Step into the spooky world of horrorgami with this fun and interactive virtual Halloween origami workshop, designed to bring creativity and Halloween spirit to your remote team.

Led by an expert origami instructor, this online Halloween origami class is perfect for beginners and those completely new to paper folding. Using a clear multi-camera setup, your host will guide you step-by-step through each model, ensuring everyone can follow along with ease.

The workshop begins with a series of simple warm-up folds, including a spooky Black Cat, a cheeky Jack o’ Lantern Pumpkin, and a set of playful Vampire Fangs. Once participants have mastered the basics, the session progresses to more detailed designs such as a creepy Spider or a Halloween Bat, perfect for decorating your home or workspace.

This virtual Halloween team building activity is designed to be relaxed, social, and interactive. Guests are encouraged to chat, ask questions, and showcase their creations throughout the session.

All participants need is standard A4 paper, ideally in Halloween-themed colours such as black, orange, red, or purple. For a more premium experience, optional kits are available, including coloured paper and additional resources to continue folding after the event.

–> Guests join the virtual session and are welcomed by your host, with the option for an introduction from your team.
–> Warm-up origami folds including a Black Cat, Pumpkin, and Vampire Fangs.
–> Step-by-step guidance into more advanced horrorgami models such as a Spider or Bat.
–> Interactive support throughout with time for questions and creativity.
–> Show and share your spooky creations with the group.
–> Optional social time after the workshop to relax and connect as a team.

• Q: What platform is this virtual Halloween origami workshop run on?  A: We typically run our virtual origami workshops on Zoom to ensure an easy and interactive experience. However, we can also accommodate MS Teams, Google Meet, or Webex depending on your organization’s preference.
• Q: Can we run this experience on our own meeting link?  A: Yes, absolutely. While we usually provide a secure event link, we can also host the session on your company’s preferred platform.
• Q: Is this event hosted?  A: Yes, this virtual horrorgami workshop is hosted by a live expert origami instructor. An Avva Event Technician will also manage the technical side of your event.
• Q: Is this experience suitable for beginners? A: Absolutely. This Halloween origami class is designed for all skill levels, including complete beginners.
• Q: Do you provide materials? A: This is primarily a BYO experience using simple paper. However, optional origami kits can be delivered to enhance the experience.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
