A Virtual Neon Sign Making Workshop

Get together in this virtual neon sign making workshop!

This creative virtual workshop that will allow you to connect and create your own faux neon sign. Hosted by a live instructor, who will provide step-by-step guidance.

You’ll be encourage to let your creativity “shine” as you come up with your own designs, including words, numbers and images.

All neon light materials are delivered ahead of your event.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> Your event will start with an introduction from the host about what you’ll be creating, your materials and equipment.
–> You’ll then sketch out a few designs and choose the one you want to use for the final sign.
–> The host will then go through the steps to thread the neon wire through and glue the design down.
–> The session will finish with a “show & tell” by asking everyone to do the grand unveiling of their creations.
–> Lastly, a team video and photo will be taken where all rooms are darkened and lights turned on for a fantastic group shot!
–> Feel free to stay on the call once the workshop has finished.

• Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run this experience on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex.
• Q: Can we run this experience on our own meeting link? A: We usually run this on our own event link and will send you the link for you to share with your guests after you book. But, if you prefer we can also run this on your own company event link.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this experience is hosted by a live expert host. There will also be an Avva Event Technician running the tech side of your event.
• Q: What materials are included in the kits? A: Kits include all materials required to make your faux neon sign. (A full itemised list can be provided on request).
• Q: What materials do we need to provide ourselves? A: Nothing, just prepare a clear workspace ahead of your event.
• Q: Can we choose what neon sign we create? A: Yes, you can choose your own design to create.
• Q: Can you delivery internationally? A: Yes, international delivery is available for a surcharge.
• Q: How do we send you attendee addresses? A: We will provide an Excel template for you to submit attendee addresses on.
• Q: When do you require attendee addresses submitting? A: Addresses are required 2-weeks before your event. (This may be longer for international events).
• Q: Can we arrange drinks & snacks for attendees? A: Yes, we can arrange for drinks & snacks to be delivered alongside your experience from +£27pp + VAT (inc UK delivery). These are delivered separately to your experience kit. Contact us for full details & options available.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
• Payment can be made either via card or transfer.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
• If you’d like to set us up as an official supplier, please send over any vendor supplier forms for review.
