Your live expert host will guide you step-by-step through the dough, sauce, and topping process, sharing pro tips and pizza secrets along the way. Our host will also engage your group with icebreaking questions during the session to create a relaxed and fun atmosphere.

Our virtual pizza making party is suitable for all cooking abilities – whether you’re a total beginner or a kitchen pro, this class is inclusive for all.

This relaxed and social experience is ideal for virtual team building, company celebrations, or any event where you’d like people to connect through food!

Ingredient kits can be delivered to attendees, or you can choose a BYO (bring your own) format where participants source their own ingredients. Most dietary requirements can be catered for including gluten-free, and dairy-free.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> Your expert host will provide an introduction and overview to your pizzas making class.
–> After running through all the ingredients and equipment required, you’ll then get started in making your pizza. Your host will provide you with step-by-step instructions and questions will be encouraged throughout the session.
–> Whilst your pizzas are cooking your host will engage the group with icebreaking questions to create a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
–> Once your pizzas are ready, your host will explain what optional extras and toppings you can add.
–> At the end you’ll do the all important taste test! Before a group photo is taken with your creations!
–> Your host will then drop off the event link, but you can stay on and chat for as long as you like once they’ve left.

• Q: What platform is this virtual pizza making experience run on? A: We run this experience on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex.
• Q: Can we run this experience on our own meeting link? A: We usually run this on our own event link and will send you the link for you to share with your guests after you book. But, if you prefer we can also run this on your own company event link.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this virtual pizza making class is hosted by a live expert host. There will also be an Avva Event Technician running the tech side of your event.
• Q: What materials and ingredients are included in the kits? A: Kits include all ingredients required for your virtual pizza making workshop. (A full itemised list can be provided on request).
• Q: What materials and ingredients do we need to provide ourselves? A: Attendees will need access to a kitchen and basic kitchen equipment. If you arrange for kits to be delivered to attendees, there are also a few basic ingredients attendees need to provide themselves (e.g. salt, pepper). If you arrange a BYO ingredients class a full itemized ingredients list will be sent ahead of the event.
• Q: Can you cater for dietary requirements? A: Most dietary requirements can be catered for including gluten fee and dairy free. Some surcharges apply for dietary requirements, so please get in touch for full information.
• Q: Can you deliver internationally? A: Yes, international delivery is available for a surcharge. For packs including food items some shipping restrictions apply.
• Q: How do we send you attendee addresses? A: We will provide an Excel template for you to submit attendee addresses on.
• Q: When do you require attendee addresses submitting? A: Addresses are required 2-weeks before your event. (This may be longer for international events).
• Q: Can we arrange beverages & snacks for attendees? A: Yes, we can arrange for beverages & snacks to be delivered alongside your experience from +£27pp (inc UK delivery). These are delivered separately to your experience kit. Contact us for full details & options available.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
• If you’d like to set us up as an official supplier, please send over any vendor supplier forms for review.
