OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> Your expert host will provide an introduction and overview to your pizza making class.
–> After running through all the ingredients and equipment required, you’ll then get started in making your pizza. Your host will provide you with step-by-step instructions, and questions will be encouraged throughout the session.
–> Whilst your pizzas are cooking, your host will engage the group with icebreaking questions to create a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
–> Once your pizzas are ready, your host will explain what optional extras and toppings you can add.
–> At the end, you’ll do the all-important taste test! Before a group photo is taken with your creations!
–> Your host will then drop off the event link, but you can stay on and chat for as long as you like once they’ve left.

• Q: What platform is this virtual pizza making experience run on? A: We run this experience on Zoom as standard, but we can also run it on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex.
• Q: Can we run this experience on our own meeting link? A: We usually run this on our own event link and will send you the link for you to share with your guests after you book. But, if you prefer we can also run this on your own company event link.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this virtual pizza making class is hosted by a live expert host. There will also be an Avva Event Technician running the tech side of your event.
• Q: What materials and ingredients are included in the kits? A: Kits include all ingredients required for your virtual team pizza party. (A full itemized list can be provided on request.)
• Q: What materials and ingredients do we need to provide ourselves? A: Attendees will need access to a kitchen and basic kitchen equipment. If you arrange for kits to be delivered to attendees, there are also a few basic ingredients attendees need to provide themselves (e.g., salt, pepper). If you arrange a BYO ingredients class, a full itemized ingredients list will be sent ahead of the event.

• Q: How do we send you attendee addresses? A: We will provide an Excel template for you to submit attendee addresses on.
• Q: When do you require attendee addresses submitting? A: Addresses are required 2 weeks before your event. (This may be longer for international events).

• Payment can be made either via card or transfer.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
