An energising morning or afternoon boost for your team, these masterclasses are hosted by Square Mile Coffee Roasters (a multi-award-winning coffee roasting company founded in 2008).
Synonymous with the coffee scene, our team share a wealth of experience and passion for cultivating a global coffee culture, and these fun and informative masterclasses are flexible, with plenty of time to chat with clients and colleagues as the class progresses.
Coffee and equipment is delivered, so all you need is a kettle and spoons, and cups or a jug, depending on your experience.
–> In this event, we organise a coffee tasting session, known as a cupping. Quick and easy to set up, this is how professionals evaluate coffee. You’ll love that this is a fun and engaging way to learn about coffee and its taste and flavour, no matter your experience
–> Following the farm-to-cup journey of coffee, you will taste and compare five seasonal coffees from various origins, and explore processing methods and roast levels
–> Using an easily accessible platform, you will be able to share your thoughts and opinions on each coffee, ask questions to test your host’s coffee skills and vote for your favourite coffees of the day
–> In sharing this coffee experience you will learn how to find the perfect coffee for each of us, as well as your hosts thoughts and preferences are
–> In this online masterclass you’ll be introduced to one of the most popular pour-over coffee brewers, the Hario V60. This is a great way to make coffee at home, and brewing together we will practise the ideal technique to achieve a delicious cup, every time
–> Tasting freshly brewed coffee, you will identify flavours and learn more about what makes each cup of coffee taste the way it does. Your team will also learn key aspects to improve brewing and making even better coffee at home
–> Using an easily accessible platform, we share our thoughts and opinions on the brews, answer questions to test our coffee skills and find out to brew the ideal coffee for each of us and our team
