The WorkWell Doctors are award-winning medical professionals specialising in workplace wellbeing, performance, and behaviour change, led by Dr Nirja Joshi and Dr Alex Lai. They bring extensive experience delivering science-backed training to global organisations.
Workplace culture is shaped by everyday behaviours, communication patterns, and the unwritten rules that influence how people interact, perform, and feel at work. This corporate culture workshop helps participants understand these dynamics and how to intentionally create a culture that supports both wellbeing and performance.
Drawing on leading research including Amy Edmondson’s work on psychological safety and Google’s Project Aristotle, the session explores why feeling safe to speak up, share ideas, and challenge thinking is critical to team success. Participants will also be introduced to practical frameworks such as the Culture Map and the 4 Pillars of Positive Culture: Strong Vision, Great Communication, Collaboration & Inclusion, and Goals & Recognition.
