Led by the WorkWell Doctors, a duo of family medicine physicians with extensive experience in workplace wellbeing, this engaging and science-backed online wellbeing workshop is designed to help employees stay healthy, resilient, and energised through the winter months.

In this session, participants will gain practical tools for supporting their immune system, sustaining energy during shorter daylight hours, and managing seasonal stressors. With a friendly, interactive approach, the doctors break down complex science into clear, actionable advice that’s easy to implement in daily routines.

  • The science of seasonal changes and how they affect mood, Vitamin D, and energy.
  • Practical strategies for immune support and preventing burnout.

(For 60-minute sessions, additional guided activities and deeper exploration of strategies are included, with a short mid-session break.)

  • Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run the virtual winter wellness workshop on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex. (Some restrictions may apply).
  • Q: Can we run this experience using our own meeting link? A: Yes, you absolutely can! Whilst we typically provide a secure link for the virtual corporate winter wellness class, you are welcome to use your own company’s meeting link if that’s more convenient for your team. We’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly, regardless of the platform.
  • Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this virtual winter wellness event is hosted by a live expert host. There will also be an Avva Event Technician running the tech side of your event.
