Led by the WorkWell Doctors, a duo of family medicine physicians with extensive experience in workplace wellbeing, this engaging and science-backed online wellbeing workshop is designed to help employees stay healthy, resilient, and energised through the winter months.
In this session, participants will gain practical tools for supporting their immune system, sustaining energy during shorter daylight hours, and managing seasonal stressors. With a friendly, interactive approach, the doctors break down complex science into clear, actionable advice that’s easy to implement in daily routines.
