Bring balance, energy, and mindfulness to your team with this Virtual Wellbeing Workshop. A highly interactive experience designed to promote connection, reduce stress, and enhance both personal and professional wellbeing.

Led by skilled mindfulness experts, this online wellbeing workshop combines relaxation exercises, body awareness, breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement in a format that is accessible to everyone. All activities are low impact, suitable for all ages, and can be adapted for different mobility needs.

These are the workshop topics with a brief description of each. Your session would include a selection of these topics, which can be chosen by you or our experts will create a custom session based on your group’s requirements.

This virtual team wellbeing experience is perfect for corporate wellness programs, team building days, client events, or any online gathering where you want to encourage balance, creativity, and connection. By the end of the workshop, participants leave feeling relaxed, recharged, and with practical tools they can integrate into their everyday lives.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> An intro from your wellbeing coach about the benefits of the activities you’ll be doing
–> Start with a warm up activity before a group discussion about stress and wellbeing
–> You’ll learn about basic breathing techniques for relaxation and focus
–> Mindfulness / Meditation / DIY Massage activity (adapted to be directly related to the issues raised by the groups)
–> A chance for a Q&A chat with your host
–> Feel free to stay on the call and chat and socialise after your relaxing session!

Each session will be adapted to your group’s needs and requirements. A 60 minute session would allow for more in depth exploration of each activity, plus a five minute break at 40 minutes to collect items from around the home for an additional wellbeing activity.

  • Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run the virtual wellbeing workshop on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex. (Some restrictions may apply).
  • Q: Can we run this experience using our own meeting link? A: Yes, you absolutely can! Whilst we typically provide a secure link for the virtual wellbeing class, you are welcome to use your own company’s meeting link if that’s more convenient for your team. We’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly, regardless of the platform.
  • Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this virtual wellbeing event is hosted by a live expert host. There will also be an Avva Event Technician running the tech side of your event. 
  • Q: Is this experience suitable for global audiences? A: Of course! Our wellbeing workshop online is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for teams from around the globe.
  • Q: Can this experience work for hybrid groups? A: Yes, this experience is suitable for fully remote and hybrid groups.
  • Q: Can we customise the content of the session? A: Yes, the content of the wellbeing workshop online will be adapted based on your group’s requirements.

  • Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure of attendee numbers.
  • Payment can be made either via card or transfer.
  • A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
  • You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
