These experiences are mobile as they can be set up at your office or off-site venue. Our team and hosts can travel to any nationwide location and deliver an amazing experience. All of our in-person experiences are run by professionals, who will lead your experience, activity, show or workshop, ensuring all of your event attendees have a great time! They will also take care of setting up and breaking down the experience, so the space is left exactly as they found it.

To book an in-person experience for your client event, we first recommend reviewing all of our options via our website. You can then send an inquiry via an online form or you can email us using [email protected]. Our team will then provide you with a proposal and quote for the experience or multiple experiences you’ve inquired about.
Once you’re happy with the quote and a date & time has been confirmed our team will book your time slot. At this point if you know the exact number of attendees, you’re able to pay the full amount for your event either via credit card or invoice / transfer. If you don’t know your attendee numbers at the time of booking, we will initially take a deposit, you can then let us know final numbers closer to the event date at which point we will charge you for the balance as required.
Yes, our experiences are designed to be run in office spaces. Our team will come to your office and will set up in the event space provided. After the event has finished our team will pack up leaving the space exactly as they found it.
