All of our in-person experience for large scale events are run by professionals with expertise in both the content of the experience and in delivering to large groups. Our experiences are highly mobile and can be set-up in offices or in venues and we’re also able to provide full or partial AV support as required. All of this means you can be confident that your large group will all have a memorable time at your event.
To book an in-person experience for your large scale event, we first recommend reviewing all of our options via our website. You can then send an inquiry via an online form or you can email us using [email protected]. Our team will then provide you with a proposal and quote for the experience or multiple experiences you’ve inquired about.
Once you’re happy with the quote and a date & time has been confirmed our team will book your time slot. At this point if you know the exact number of attendees, you’re able to pay the full amount for your event either via credit card or invoice / transfer. If you don’t know your attendee numbers at the time of booking, we will initially take a deposit, you can then let us know final numbers closer to the event date at which point we will charge you for the balance as required.
A. Yes, our team building experiences are designed to be run in office spaces. Our team will come to your office and will set up in the event space provided. After the event has finished our team will pack up leaving the space exactly as they found it.
A. Yes, our experiences are perfect for corporate off-site events. Our team will come to your off-site venue and will set up in the event space provided. After the event has finished our team will pack up leaving the space exactly as they found it.
A. Yes, all of our in-person experiences for large scale events can be booked at any nationwide office or venue of your choice.
