This is an incredibly difficult time for everyone and we know things aren’t easy for our members or our experience partners right now. The world of experiences has been hit hard.

But we’re determined that experiences live on! So we’ve got our heads down to make sure we can keep the fun alive for our members and help our partners as much as we can. Check out what we’re doing below.

And once this is all over we promise we’ll be here with bucket loads of incredible (out of home!) experiences for you to win and enjoy. By god you’ll have earned it!

What We’re Doing

Bringing you At-Home Experiences

To keep the experiences flowing through lockdown and help support our wonderful experience partners we’ve launched our ‘at-home’ experiences.

From online bread-making masterclasses over Zoom to a painting masterclass delivered to your door we’ve got all kinds of experiences to help keep you entertained and maybe even learn a new skill!

And we’ll keep adding more and more so watch this space!

Extending Redemption Periods on Existing Vouchers

Got some AVA Experience vouchers that you haven’t used yet and worried you won’t be able to use them because they’re going to run out of date?

Don’t fear! We’ve worked with our experience providers and extended the redemption periods on all outstanding vouchers so you can keep hold of your voucher and use it once this is all over.

We’ll continue to monitor the situation and if vouchers need to be extended further we’ll make that happen.
