Decorate freshly baked cookies in this virtual cookie decorating workshop. Your event will be hosted by an expert, who will guide you through an hour decorating fun!

In this virtual cookie decorating workshop, you’ll discover the art and craft of cookie decorating in a thoughtfully organized virtual experience. This is a fun and interactive virtual class which is inclusive for all abilities.

You can run our classic virtual cookie decorating workshop or pick a themed class for New Year, Summer, Fall, Thanksgiving, Halloween or the Holidays.

All cookie decorating ingredients and equipment are delivered ahead of your event

Standard Experience Format

–> Welcome and greeting by your host, you are welcome to do an intro as well.
–> Your host will start with an overview of the workshop before you do some practicing with the piping sheet.
–> You’ll then move onto learning various decorating techniques including marbling and flooding.
–> As you decorate your cookies your host will be providing hints and tips, whilst connection between guests is encouraged.
–> The host will also provide some storage tips, before answering any further questions the group has.
–> At the end everyone will show off their creations! A great photo opportunity. 🙂

• Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run this experience on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex.
• Q: Can we run this experience on our own meeting link? A: We usually run this on our own event link and will send you the link for you to share with your guests after you book. But, if you prefer we can also run this on your own company event link.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this experience is hosted by a live expert host. There will also be an Avva Event Technician running the tech side of your event.
• Q: What materials are included in the kits? A: Kits include all ingredients and materials required for your virtual cookie decorating workshop. (A full itemized list can be provided on request).
• Q: What materials do we need to provide ourselves? A: Attendees will need to provide scissors and paper towels.
• Q: Can you delivery internationally? A: Yes, international delivery is available for a surcharge. For packs including food items some shipping restrictions apply.
• Q: How do we send you attendee addresses? A: We will provide an Excel template for you to submit attendee addresses on.
• Q: When do you require attendee addresses submitting? A: Addresses are required 2-weeks before your event. (This may be longer for international events).
• Q: Can we arrange beverages & snacks for attendees? A: Yes, we can arrange for beverages & snacks to be delivered alongside your experience from +$59pp (inc US delivery). These are delivered separately to your experience kit. Contact us for full details & options available.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
• Payment can be made either via card or transfer.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
• If you’d like to set us up as an official supplier, please send over any vendor supplier forms for review.
