  • Q: Can we run this experience using our own meeting link? A: Yes, you absolutely can! Whilst we typically provide a secure link for the virtual corporate sleep class, you are welcome to use your own company’s meeting link if that’s more convenient for your team. We’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly, regardless of the platform.
  • Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this virtual sleep & rest event is hosted by a live expert host. There will also be an Avva Event Technician running the tech side of your event.
  • Q: Is this experience suitable for global audiences? A: Of course! Our sleep workshop online is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for teams from around the globe.
  • Q: Can this experience work for hybrid groups? A: Yes, this experience is suitable for fully remote and hybrid groups.
