The Ultimate Icebreaker Challenge is a high-energy, fully hosted virtual experience that gets teams laughing, bonding, and learning more about one another in just 60 minutes. 

Tailored for corporate groups, this fast-paced team-building game show invites players to get inside each other’s heads through cleverly designed rounds of polling, storytelling, and deduction.

From personal truths and bold lies to debates on office habits and work perks, the game blends humor and strategy with real-time collaboration. 

Playing in teams of 3-8 people, attendees are guided through the experience by a professional game show host, who keeps the energy high and ensures everyone is engaged throughout. 

Interactive polling software powers each round, while breakout rooms create a fun, small-group dynamic that encourages conversation and teamwork. The experience is designed to spark connection, celebrate differences, and help colleagues discover common ground, all in a virtual setting that feels lively, not corporate.

With polls covering everything from “If you had to pick one superpower, which one would it be?” to “What’s the most annoying coworker habit?”, this experience guarantees teams will leave laughing and learning things they never knew about one another.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> Guests are welcomed by a professional game show host who sets the tone and explains the rules.
–> Participants submit a fun fact or lie for the True Lies rounds.
–> We will then split you into teams of 3-8ppl. These teams can be chosen by you or can be randomly assigned. (For groups 50+ teams will be randomly assigned.)
–> Round 1: True Lies (Part 1) – Teams guess if selected statements are fact or fiction. During each round, you’ll head into your teams (breakout rooms) to discuss and answer questions.
–> Round 2: Home Life Polling – Teams guess how the entire group answered lifestyle-based questions.
–>Round 3: True Lies (Part 2) – A second round of storytelling and deception.
–> Round 4: Office Life Polling – Teams predict responses to work-themed group polls.
–> At the end the final scoreboard and the winning team is crowned the Ultimate Icebreaker Champions.

• Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run this icebreaker challenge on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex. (Some restrictions may apply).
• Q: Can we run this experience using our own meeting link? A: Yes, you absolutely can! Whilst we typically provide a secure link for the virtual icebreaker game, you are welcome to use your own company’s meeting link if that’s more convenient for your team. We’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly, regardless of the platform.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, every virtual team building event is led by a professional host who will guide your team through the challenges, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and fun experience. Each event will also be assigned an event technician who is on hand to support the technical aspects, so your team can focus solely on the fun.
• Q: Is this experience suitable for global audiences? A: Of course! Our icebreaker game online is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for teams from around the globe.
• Q: Can we select the teams? A: Yes, for groups of fewer than 50, you have the option to select your own teams ahead of time or let us assign them randomly. For larger groups, we generally manage team assignments to keep things simple and ensure a balanced experience for all participants.
• Q: How much of the experience is spent in breakout rooms? A: About 30% of the event is spent in breakout rooms with your teams. The remaining 70% is spent all together as an entire group. If you choose to play the head-to-head version of the game no breakout rooms are used.
• Q: Can this experience work for hybrid groups? A: Yes, this experience is suitable for fully remote and hybrid groups.
• Q: Can we include custom content in the game? A: Yes, we can adapt the game content to include custom questions about your company or any other topic you’d like. Additional surcharges apply for customization.
• Q: Can we change the length of the experience?  A: Yes, whilst the experience is 60 minutes as standard it can be adapted to be 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 75 minutes as required.
• Q: Can we arrange beverages & snacks for attendees? A: Yes, we can arrange for beverages & snacks to be delivered alongside your experience from +$59pp (inc US delivery). These are delivered separately to your experience kit. Contact us for full details & options available.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
• Payment can be made either via card or transfer.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
