OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:
–> Your host will introduce your event, plus you may also like to give an intro to your attendees.
–> An overview of the chocolates you’ve received and a brief insight into the world of chocolate and its origins.
–> You’ll learn how to taste chocolate and compare tasting notes as you’re guided through each chocolate.
–> You’ll be encouraged to ask questions at any time and discuss your favourites.
–> Finally, you’ll be able to continue chatting and socializing for as long as you like once the host has finished!

- Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run this experience on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex.
- Q: Can we run this experience on our own meeting link? A: We usually run this on our own event link and will send you the link for you to share with your guests after you book. But, if you prefer we can also run this on your own company event link.
- Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this experience is hosted by a live expert host. There will also be an Avva Event Technician running the tech side of your event.
- Q: What is included in the kits? A: Kits include 12 craft chocolates. (A full itemised list can be provided on request).
- Q: What materials do we need to provide ourselves? A: Nothing, just prepare a clear space to taste.
- Q: What dietary requirements can you cater for? A: Vegetarian and gluten free.
- Q: Can you delivery internationally? A: Yes, international delivery is available for a surcharge. (Some restrictions may apply).
- Q: How do we send you attendee addresses? A: We will provide an Excel template for you to submit attendee addresses on.
- Q: When do you require attendee addresses submitting? A: Addresses are required 2.5 weeks before your event. (This may be longer for international events).
- Q: Can we arrange beverages & snacks for attendees? A: Yes, we can arrange for beverages & snacks to be delivered alongside your experience from +$59pp (inc US delivery). These are delivered separately to your experience kit. Contact us for full details & options available.
- Full payment is required upon confirmation of your booking.
- For delivery of the experience pack, full names, addresses, emails will need to be provided 2 weeks prior to the experience date.
- We respect your privacy and take it extremely seriously. All personal information relating to your booking is deleted within 7 days of your event taking place
