The Ultimate LEGO Team Building Virtual Workshop

Get ready for the ultimate LEGO team building activity!

Your live host will guide you through four different rounds that will get your creative and competitive juices flowing. Two challenges will be done as individuals as you’re tasked with creating LEGO builds to showcase your team’s personalities. You’ll also take part in two competitive team challenges, where you’ll have to work together in timed break-out rooms.

This fantastically fun LEGO challenge team building has been designed to facilitate team bonding and improve communication between colleagues.

Imagine a vibrant virtual space where your team gathers to unleash creativity with LEGO bricks. Each challenge brings a new opportunity for collaboration.

The four challenges are as follows. Or, we can design a custom challenge around your team’s requirements.

• The Icebreaker Vacation Round:  As individuals, you’ll need to build an item that represents your favorite holiday.
• The Tower Challenge: In this team challenge, you’ll have a set time to build the tallest tower possible. The team with the tallest average tower height wins!
• The Word Challenge:  In this second team challenge, your team will need to create letters for our word of the month (harder than it sounds). Communication is the name of the game in this challenge!
• The Animal Challenge: For this final individual challenge, you’ll be tasked with building the animal you’d most like to be.

Attendees can either take part with their own LEGO, or brick kits can be sent out to attendees ahead of their session. They can then keep these kits to enjoy for any LEGO building they’d like to do in the future.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> You’ll be welcomed by your high-energy host, who’ll introduce the experience and explain the format.
–> The first individual challenge will be our “Icebreaker Holiday Round.”
–> You’ll then move on to our first team challenge, working in breakout rooms you’ll take part in our “Tower Building Challenge”
–> The third challenge is “The Word Challenge” as you once again compete in your teams.
–> For the final round, you’ll enjoy “The Animal Challenge.”
–> At the end our host will run through the final team scores and will let everyone know the results!

• Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We host this team building LEGO workshop on Zoom as standard. However, if your organization prefers another platform, such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or Webex, we are flexible and happy to accommodate. We ensure the platform is fully functional with our interactive format, so you can focus on enjoying the event.
• Q: Can we run this experience using our own meeting link? A: Yes, you absolutely can! While we typically provide a secure link for the session, you are welcome to use your own company’s meeting link if that’s more convenient for your team. We’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly, regardless of the platform.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, every session is led by a professional host who will guide your team through the challenges, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and fun experience. For larger groups, additional event technicians are on hand to support with the technical aspects, so your team can focus solely on the fun.
• Q. Do we need to prepare anything ahead of the event? A: There’s no need for any special preparation. We will send out all necessary materials well in advance of the workshop. All your team needs to do is show up with a positive attitude and be ready to unleash their creativity! We ensure the entire event is hassle-free, so everyone can fully immerse themselves in the experience.
• Q: Is this experience suitable for global audiences?A: Of course! Our LEGO team building activity is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for teams from around the world. The universal nature of LEGO and the collaborative challenges make this an ideal event for international teams. We also schedule the event at times convenient for teams spread across different time zones.
• Q: Can we select the teams? A: Yes, for groups of fewer than 50, you have the option to select your own teams ahead of time or let us assign them randomly. For larger groups, we generally manage team assignments to keep things simple and ensure a balanced experience for all participants.
• Q: How much of the experience is spent in breakout rooms? A: Around 30% of the team building LEGO is spent in breakout rooms for the collaborative, competitive tasks. The remaining time is spent with the entire group together, ensuring a lively and engaging session where everyone participates.
• Q: Can we adapt the format of this virtual experience? A: Yes, this is a customizable experience that can be adapted to your event requirements and team goals.
• Q: What materials are included in the brick kits? A: Kits include approximately 300 bricks.
• Q: What materials do we need to provide ourselves?A:Nothing, just prepare a clear workspace ahead of your event.
• Q: Can you deliver internationally?
  A: Yes, international delivery is available for a surcharge.
• Q: How do we send you attendee addresses? A: We will provide an Excel template for you to submit attendee addresses on.
• Q: When do you require attendee addresses submitting? A: Addresses are required 2-weeks before your event. (This may be longer for international events).
• Q: How do LEGO team building activities help with teamwork? A: LEGO naturally encourages teamwork by requiring participants to communicate and collaborate to build something together. LEGO team building activities strengthens team bonds as everyone works towards a common goal, sharing ideas and solving problems as a group.

• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
