Get ready for the virtual cocktail-making Bingo Bonanza! Combining the fun of a cocktail-making masterclass with high octane rounds of Bingo.

In this interactive experience, you’ll learn to make two delicious cocktails or mocktails. (Guests can choose to make alcoholic or zero-alcohol drinks so it’s inclusive for all).

Whilst you’re sipping your drinks you’ll also take part in two high octane rounds of Bingo:

  • The Question Of Bingo Round – In this quick fire form of trivia Bingo, each number represents a question. Mark off the answer on your Bingo card if you know it.
  • The ‘Full House’ Music Round – In our music Bingo round, artists names replace the numbers. We promise we don’t just play “Line” dancing music and full “House” music… (Terrible puns are included for free).

Hosted by a live mixologist and Bingo caller, who’ll guide you through making your cocktails before becoming your Bingo caller.

Ahead of your event Cocktail Making Kits with all ingredients required are delivered to guests. (This can also be run as a BYOB event if you prefer and an ingredients list will be provided).

Perfect for team socials, team building, client events and company celebrations.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> Your mixologist and host will provide an introduction to your event.
–> You’ll start by making your first cocktail or mocktail with step-by-step instructions provided by your host.
–> We’ll then transport you virtually to play your first round of Trivia Bingo. In this round there will be 1 x line winner and 1 x full house winner.
–> Your host will then take you through making your second cocktail.
–> After that, you’ll play your second round of Music Bingo. In this round there will be 1 x line winner and 1 x full house winner.
–> After our host drops off the video call, feel free to stay on for as long as you wish

  • Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run this experience on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex.
  • Q: Can we run this experience on our own meeting link? A: We usually run this on our own event link and will send you the link for you to share with your guests after you book. But, if you prefer we can also run this on your own company event link.
  • Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this experience is hosted by a live mixologist and Bingo caller. There will also be an Avva Event Technician running the tech side of your event.
  • Q: What ingredients are included in the kits? A: Kits include all ingredients including spirits, mixers and garnishes to make 2 alcoholic (or no-alcohol) cocktails. (A full itemized list can be provided on request).
  • Q: Do we need to provide Bingo prizes? A: Yes, we recommend providing 4 x prizes. 2 x line winners and 2 x full-house winners.
  • Q: Can you deliver internationally? A: Yes, international delivery is available for a surcharge. Some delivery restrictions apply for alcohol.
  • Q: How do we send you attendee addresses? A: We will provide an Excel template for you to submit attendee addresses on.
  • Q: When do you require attendee addresses submitting? A: Addresses are required 2-weeks before your event. (This may be longer for international events).
  • Q: Can we book without kits? A: Yes, you can arrange with BYO ingredients if you prefer. For this we will provide you with a list of ingredients for attendees to source themselves.
Terms & Conditions
  • Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
  • Payment can be made either via card or transfer.
  • A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
  • You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
  • If you’d like to set us up as an official supplier, please send over any vendor supplier forms for review.
