WHAT FORMAT IS BEST FOR ONLINE WINE TASTINGS?
The format will really depend on what you want to get out of your event but we’ve found that the following works well.
During the online wine tasting experience, the sommelier will guide the guests through the provenance, styles and flavor notes of each wine, encouraging guests to determine the flavors and scents themselves.
Throughout, guests can interact in different ways. For example, in breakout rooms with guided challenges, blind tastings, quizzes or structured discussions focusing on business information.
After the session, guests are welcome to stay in the virtual room for as long as they like and to ask any questions they may have to the sommelier or the host.
