How do I book a virtual experience for an online customer appreciation event?

To book a virtual experience for a client’s appreciation, we first recommend reviewing all of our fun client appreciation event ideas via our website. You can then send an inquiry via an online form or you can email us using [email protected]. Our team will then provide you with a proposal and quote for the experience or multiple experiences you’ve inquired about. 

Once you’re happy with the quote and a date & time, our team will book your time slot. At this point if you know the exact number of attendees, you’re able to pay the full amount for your event either via credit card or invoice/transfer. If you don’t know your attendee numbers at the time of booking, we will initially take a deposit, you can then let us know the final numbers closer to the event date, at which point we will charge you for the balance as required.

We know that flexibility is key, and whether you wish to amend an event detail, increase or decrease numbers, or reschedule timings as the event nears, we will gladly welcome the necessary changes. Following this, we will then request final numbers at a set date before your event. For virtual experiences without delivery, we typically request the final expected numbers 1-week prior to your event. For virtual experiences with delivery, we typically request the final expected numbers and addresses 2-weeks prior to your event. (We do have solutions for those looking to arrange an event in a shorter lead time, so please get in touch if this is the case).

  • Q. Can I adapt the format of a virtual experience for my client event?

    A. Yes, nearly all of our experiences can be run if part of your guest list is in one (or more) location and part is fully remote.

    A. You just need to select a format of event, and choose the most suitable virtual experience among our event ideas. If needed, we will assist you with this decision. Our team will help you select the best digital platform, according to your group size, and send a client appreciation event invitation to each of the participants in advance.
