Join Sherlock Holmes and Dr.Watson in this fantastic virtual team building adventure!

Part mystery challenge and part escape room, you’ll work in teams of 3-8ppl to solve the puzzles, decipher the clues, and solve the case.

Queen Victoria’s ‘Boleyn Ruby’ has been stolen by a mysterious individual, you’ll explore Victorian London to locate the ruby and solve the case. Challenges in this Sherlock Holmes virtual corporate game will test your logic, pattern recognition, memory, and cunning.

Hosted live by Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson, who will guide you through the various puzzles to complete. You’ll also play immersive roles as you compete to win Queen Victoria’s reward money, so at the end, we’ll know who the best detectives are.

This is a fun, immersive, and competitive experience, ideal for team building and company celebrations. The experience can be run for groups sized 4-1,000+ and has inclusive content for national and international audiences.

The “Sherlock Holmes & The Stolen Ruby’ storyline…

The year is 1894, and you’re gathered at 221b Baker Street for the annual ‘Baker Street Ball’. As the party begins, a telegram arrives from Queen Victoria explaining that her “Boleyn Ruby” has been taken. This priceless artefact was due to be returned to the Swedish ambassador, and not doing so will set off terrible global consequences. With that, the game is afoot! You’ll join Sherlock and Dr. Watson on a journey through Victorian London, as you encounter a suspicious politician, a desperate landlord, and dastardly Moriarty herself. Can you locate the ruby before it’s too late… 

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> You’ll be welcomed by your lead host “Sherlock Holmes”, who’ll introduce the experience and explain the rules.

–> We will then split you into teams of 3-8ppl. These teams can be chosen by you or can be randomly assigned. (For groups 50+ teams will be randomly assigned.)

–> You’ll then work through 4 rounds of challenges in different London locations.

–> During the rounds, you’ll head into your teams (breakout rooms) to solve the challenges. Points will be awarded for how you complete these.

–> At the end, you’ll need to decide where the ruby is located.

–> The experience will end with a reveal of the ruby location along with announcing the winning team.

• Q: What platform is this Sherlock Holmes virtual experience run on?
  A: We run the Sherlock Holmes virtual corporate game on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meet & Webex. (Some restrictions may apply.)
• Q: Can we run this virtual team building experience on our own meeting link?
  A: We usually run this on our own virtual event link and will send you the link for you to share with your guests after you book. But, if you prefer, we can also run this on your own company event link.
• Q: Is this virtual event hosted?
  A: Yes, this Sherlock Holmes online team adventure is hosted by a live host playing the role of Sherlock Holmes. There will also be a co-host/event technician playing Dr. Watson. Depending on the size of your event, there may be additional event technicians.
• Q: How does the event work?
  A: The event begins with a live introduction from Sherlock Holmes, followed by team breakout sessions where you solve puzzles across four rounds set in Victorian London. There are hosts to guide the story, points for the teams, and the event finishes with a dramatic reveal and a winning team.

• Q: Do we need to prepare anything ahead of the virtual event?

• Q: Can we select the teams? A: For groups under 50 teams can either be random or selected by you. For groups over 50, this is done randomly.

  A: About 25% of the virtual event is spent in breakout rooms with your teams discussing and analysing the puzzles. The remaining 75% is spent altogether as an entire group.
• Q: Can this experience work for hybrid groups?
