Virtual experiences without deliveries are online activities or experiences that don’t require any kits or packs to be delivered to attendees ahead of the virtual event. This is opposed to virtual experiences with delivery which do need kits delivering.
Because no kits or packs need to be delivered, no address collection is required, making them the quickest types of virtual event to organize. To take part in the event all attendees need to do is join the event via the link provided. (Some BYO cooking or craft virtual experiences, may require attendees to collect easy to source ingredients or equipment prior to the event).

To book a virtual experience without delivery, we first recommend reviewing all of our options via our website. You can then send an inquiry via an online form or you can email us using [email protected]. Our team will then provide you with a proposal and quote for the experience or multiple experiences you’ve inquired about.
Once you’re happy with the quote and a date & time has been confirmed, our team will book your time slot. Some experiences without delivery have a flat event fee, whilst for others the fee may change according to the number of attendees.
If at the point of booking you don’t know the exact number of attendees and the experience fee varies according to the number of attendees, we will initially take a deposit to secure your time slot. This deposit can be paid via credit card or transfer / invoice.
We’ll then provide you with a deadline to provide final numbers at which point we will charge you for the balance as required. This deadline is usually 2-5 days before the event, depending on the experience.
Yes, many of our experiences have been designed for international teams. Meaning the content is inclusive for everyone.
Yes, nearly all of our virtual experiences can be run if part of your team is in the office and part of your team is remote.
