To book a virtual quiz, we first recommend reviewing our options via our website. You can then send an inquiry via an online form or you can email us using [email protected]. Our team will then provide you with a proposal and quote for the experience or multiple experiences you’ve inquired about.
Once you’re happy with the quote and a date & time has been confirmed our team will book your time slot. At this point, if you know the number of attendees, you’re able to pay the full amount for your event either via credit card or invoice / transfer. If you don’t know your attendee numbers at the time of booking, we will initially take a deposit, you can then let us know final numbers closer to the event date at which point we will charge you for the balance as required.
For many of our virtual quizzes we only need to know the approximate number of attendees for your event.
A. Yes! Many of our virtual experiences have been designed for international groups with inclusive questions and content suitable for global attendees.
A. Yes! All of our virtual quizzes include a live question master, plus one or more event technicians who will run the technical side of the event. This means as an organizer you can sit back and enjoy the experience just like all your other guests.
A. Virtual quizzes are one of our most affordable categories. The price of virtual experiences often vary according to your group size. For example a smaller group should expect to pay more per person, whilst a larger group will often pay less per person. Typically you can expect to pay between $12-$50pp depending on the size of your group.
A. Yes, all of our virtual quizzes can be run if part of your team is in the office and part of your team is remote.
A. To guarantee availability of a certain experience, we always recommend booking your virtual event as soon as you’re able to. Based on your chosen date being available, our minimum booking lead times, for a virtual experience that doesn’t require delivery is usually 1-week. But, we do have solutions for those looking to arrange an event in a shorter lead time, so please get in touch if this is the case.
