The Ultimate Women’s History Month Virtual Team Trivia Quiz

Celebrate Women’s History Month with this high-energy, interactive virtual trivia for women experience hosted live by a professional quiz master. Across five themed rounds, your team will take on everything from pop culture to political milestones – all designed to honor and spotlight women throughout history.

Participants will join in teams of 3–8 players (which can be assigned or self-selected) and play for points using an easy, browser-based answer portal – no downloads or logins required. Expect a blend of visual questions, music clips, voice recognition challenges, and historical trivia that keeps everyone engaged from start to finish.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> You’ll be welcomed by your high energy quiz host, who’ll introduce the experience and explain the rules.
–> We will then split you into teams of 3-8ppl. These teams can be chosen by you or can be randomly assigned. (For groups 50+ teams will be randomly assigned).
–> The quiz will then begin, with you taking part in 5 different rounds of Women’s History Month trivia.
–> Each round will follow a similar format where the questions are asked to the entire group. You will then be split into breakout rooms to answer as a team.
–> After each round we will update you on the scores.
–> At the end the winning team will be announced.

• Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run this virtual women’s history trivia quiz on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex. (Some restrictions may apply).
• Q: Can we run this experience using our own meeting link? A: Yes, you absolutely can! Whilst we typically provide a secure link for the virtual women’s history quiz, you are welcome to use your own company’s meeting link if that’s more convenient for your team. We’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly, regardless of the platform.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, every womens history trivia event is led by a professional host who will guide your team through the challenges, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and fun experience. Each event will also be assigned an event technician who is on hand to support the technical aspects, so your team can focus solely on the fun.
• Q: Is this experience suitable for global audiences? A: Of course! Our women’s history quiz online is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for teams from around the globe.
• Q: Can we select the teams? A: Yes, for groups of fewer than 50, you have the option to select your own teams ahead of time or let us assign them randomly. For larger groups, we generally manage team assignments to keep things simple and ensure a balanced experience for all participants.
• Q: How much of the experience is spent in breakout rooms? A: About 30% of the event is spent in breakout rooms with your teams. The remaining 70% is spent collectively as a group. If you choose to play the head-to-head version of the game, no breakout rooms are used.
• Q: Can this experience work for hybrid groups? A: Yes, this experience is suitable for fully remote and hybrid groups.
• Q: Can we include custom content in the game? A: Yes, we can adapt the game content to include custom questions about your company or any other topic you’d like. Additional surcharges apply for customization.
• Q: Can we change the length of the experience?  A: Yes, whilst the experience is 60 minutes as standard, it can be adapted to be 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 75 minutes, or 90 minutes as required.
