To book a digital onboarding activity, we first recommend reviewing the list of ideas on our website. You can then send an inquiry via an online form or email us at [email protected]. Our team will then provide you with a proposal and quote for the experience or multiple experiences you’ve inquired about.
Once you’re happy with the quote and a date & time, our team will book your time slot. At this point, if you know the exact number of attendees, you’re able to pay the full amount for your event either via credit card or invoice/transfer. If you don’t know your attendee numbers at the time of booking, we will initially take a deposit, you can then let us know the final numbers closer to the event date, at which point we will charge you for the balance as required.
We know that flexibility is key, and whether you wish to amend an event detail, increase or decrease numbers, or reschedule timings as the event nears, we will gladly welcome the necessary changes. A. To guarantee a certain date or time, we always recommend booking your virtual event as soon as you’re able to. Our minimum booking lead times, for a virtual experience that doesn’t require delivery is usually 1-week. For a virtual experience that does require delivery of kits, we recommend allowing at least 3 weeks. (We do have solutions for those looking to arrange an event in a shorter lead time, so please get in touch if this is the case).
