Save The Queen! A Fun Virtual Team Escape Room

Gather you team to play a fun and immersive virtual escape room, Save The Queen!

The year is 1536. Anne Boleyn, the Queen of England, has been sentenced to death for a crime she didn’t commit. Can you infiltrate the Tower of London, rescue the Queen from captivity, steal the Crown Jewels, and restore justice & dignity to the throne once and for all?

In this immersive escape room, you’ll work in teams of 5 people. Taking part in various puzzles and challenges designed to facilitate team building.

This virtual escape room is hosted by live “Beefeater” hosts who will guide you through your mission. Expect a hilarious and competitive escape experience!

The content of this experience is suitable for both national and international groups.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

-> Before your event, we’ll split your total group up into teams of 5 people. Teams can be pre-assigned or randomised.
-> At the start of the activity, you’ll be welcomed to medieval London and given your new Tudor-era uniform (a fun virtual background),
-> Following this you’ll be whisked off to a mission briefing room (breakout rooms). Teams will be greeted in their cell by a live Beefeater (Host), who will lead a short ice-breaker and then introduce the activity in detail.
-> Teams will then have 60 minutes to complete the mission and Save The Queen!
-> After the time’s up, we’ll close the breakout rooms and bring everyone back for a hilarious awards presentation where the final results will be announced!

• Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run this experience on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex. (Some restrictions may apply).
• Q: Can we run this experience on our own meeting link? A: We usually run this on our own event link and will send you the link for you to share with your guests after you book. But, if you prefer we can also run this on your own company event link.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this experience is hosted by a live ‘Beefeater’ hosts. The exact number of hosts will depend on your group size.
• Q: Do we need to prepare anything ahead of the event? A: No, your guests just turn up and enjoy the experience.
• Q: Is this experience suitable for global audiences? A: Yes, the game content is suitable for national and international audiences.
• Q: Can we select the teams? A: For groups under 50 teams can either be random or selected by you. For groups over 50 this is done randomly.
• Q: How many people are in a team? A: For this experience teams are usually 5 people. But team sizes can vary between 2-10 depending on your group size.
• Q: Can we arrange drinks  & snacks for attendees? A: Yes, we can arrange for drinks & snacks to be delivered alongside your experience from £26pp + VAT (inc UK delivery). Contact us for full details & options available.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
