The Ultimate Time Travelling Women’s History Month Virtual Game Show

Celebrate Women’s History Month with a hilarious and high-energy virtual game show experience that takes your team on a time-travelling adventure. In this interactive journey through the decades, your group will compete in parody rounds of iconic game shows,  each themed around real-world milestones, pop culture, and influential women from history.

Hosted live by an engaging game show host, teams of 3-8 people will battle for points across four rounds — one for each decade from the 1960s to the 1990s. Each round blends interactive trivia, themed challenges, and breakout-room collaboration, all designed to spark conversation, connection, and friendly competition.

Game round formats and examples of questions: 

1960s: Supermarket Swept

–> Focus: Women’s rights milestones like the contraceptive pill, The Feminine Mystique, and International Women’s Day
–> Format: Price guessing trivia + scavenger hunt
–> Example Challenge: Collect household items invented by women (e.g. chocolate chip cookie, coffee filter)

1970s: The Feud

–> Focus: Global progress in gender equality, legal and political change
–> Format: Survey-based team game show
–> Example Question: “Name a 21st century female prime minister or president” (Multiple choice options given)

1980s: Jeoparty

–> Focus: Feminism’s second wave, women in literature and politics
–> Format: Classic answer-as-question round
–> Example Question: “Which country was first to grant women the right to vote?” (Multiple choice options given)

1990s: Who’d Like to Be a Billionaire

–> Focus: Women in global leadership, science, and activism
–> Format: Final high-stakes round with double and negative points
–> Example Question: “Which pioneering journalist traveled the world in 72 days?” (Multiple choice options given)

Players submit their answers through an interactive portal — no downloads needed. Music, visuals, and breakout rooms create a fully immersive experience with a professional event technician supporting the event from start to finish.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> You’ll be welcomed by your high-energy game show host, who’ll introduce the event and explain how it works
–> Your group will be split into teams of 3–8 people, either chosen in advance or randomly assigned (auto-assigned for 50+ guests)
–> The show begins! Travel through four decades, playing different Women’s History Month themed game show rounds
–> Each round will follow a similar format where the questions are asked to the entire group. You will then be split into breakout rooms to answer as a team.
–> Scores are updated after each round to keep the competition lively
–> The event ends with a final leaderboard reveal and the crowning of your winning team

• Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run this virtual women’s history game show on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex. (Some restrictions may apply).
• Q: Can we run this experience using our own meeting link? A: Yes, you absolutely can! Whilst we typically provide a secure link for the virtual game show, you are welcome to use your own company’s meeting link if that’s more convenient for your team. We’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly, regardless of the platform.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, every virtual team building event is led by a professional host who will guide your team through the challenges, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and fun experience. Each event will also be assigned an event technician who is on hand to support the technical aspects, so your team can focus solely on the fun.
• Q: Is this experience suitable for global audiences? A: Of course! Our women’s history game show online is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for teams from around the globe.
• Q: Can we select the teams? A: Yes, for groups of fewer than 50, you have the option to select your own teams ahead of time or let us assign them randomly. For larger groups, we generally manage team assignments to keep things simple and ensure a balanced experience for all participants.
• Q: How much of the experience is spent in breakout rooms? A: About 30% of the event is spent in breakout rooms with your teams. The remaining 70% is spent all together as an entire group. If you choose to play the head-to-head version of the game no breakout rooms are used.
• Q: Can this experience work for hybrid groups? A: Yes, this experience is suitable for fully remote and hybrid groups.
• Q: Can we include custom content in the game? A: Yes, we can adapt the game content to include custom questions about your company or any other topic you’d like. Additional surcharges apply for customization.

• Q: Can we change the length of the experience?  A: Yes, whilst the experience is 60 minutes as standard it can be adapted to be 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 75 minutes as required.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
