• Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run this virtual jazz show on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meet & Webex. (Some restrictions may apply).
• Q: Can we run this experience using our own meeting link? A: Yes, you absolutely can! Whilst we typically provide a secure link for the virtual jazz show, you are welcome to use your own company’s meeting link if that’s more convenient for your team. We’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly, regardless of the platform.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this event is performed by live professional jazz musicians. Each event will also be assigned an event technician who is on hand to support the technical aspects, so your team can focus solely on enjoying the music.
• Q: Is this experience suitable for global audiences? A: Of course! Our online jazz show is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for teams from around the globe.
• Q: Can this experience work for hybrid groups? A: Yes, this experience is suitable for fully remote and hybrid groups.

• Q: Can we change the length of the experience? A: Yes, whilst the virtual jazz shows are typically 30 minutes or 60 minutes, we can adapt the performance length to suit your event requirements.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
• Payment can be made either via card or transfer.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
