Brewing your own kombucha is fun, simple and delicious! And with your very own brewing kit, you can brew infinitely as long as you take care of your kombucha organism.
In this 60 minute workshop, your host, a Certified Nutrition Consultant, will cover the history of kombucha, its health benefits and how to do it at home safely. You will learn everything you need to know to make kombucha successfully all while bringing your team together around learning a new skill.
This workshop creates community around health. Kombucha brewing empowers team members to make something they would normally purchase in the store.
