Our Origami Pride Party is a joyful and creative way to celebrate diversity, freedom, and unity. In this colorful virtual workshop, participants are encouraged to bring bright-colored paper or Pride flag-inspired sheets — whether square paper or standard A4/Letter — and get ready to fold their origami rainbow.

For our 60-minute experience, guests create a Dove for Peace, a Heart symbolizing love and connection, a Pride Party Crown, a Rainbow Party Ring, and finish with a playful Party Spinner.

Our 30-minute experience includes the Pride Party Crown and a Heart, followed by either a Dove for Peace or a Party Spinner depending on your preferred energy and pacing.

The Pride Party Crown and Rainbow Party Ring are specially chosen because they use multiple sheets coming together to create something beautiful — acting as a powerful metaphor for unity, inclusion, and the strength found in diversity.

Suitable for beginners and experienced folders alike, this experience blends celebration with mindfulness, offering a creative and meaningful way to honor Pride in a fun, interactive setting.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

–> Guests join via video conference (e.g., Zoom) and are welcomed by an expert origami host.
–> Introduction to origami and the symbolism behind the Pride-themed models.
–> Step-by-step folding of selected Pride creations based on chosen event length.
–> Highlight activity: participants assemble their Pride Party Crown or Rainbow Party Ring using multiple sheets.
–> Guests share their creations in a vibrant and celebratory showcase moment.
–> Optional reflection on unity, diversity, and creativity, plus live Q&A.
–> Energetic farewell celebrating inclusion, connection, and Pride.

Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run the Virtual Pride Origami Workshop on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meet & Webex. (Some restrictions may apply).
Q: Can we run this experience using our own meeting link? A: Yes, you absolutely can! While we typically provide a secure link for the Virtual Pride Origami Workshop, you are welcome to use your own company’s meeting link if that’s more convenient for your team. We’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly, regardless of the platform.
Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this Virtual Pride Origami Workshop is hosted by a live expert origami instructor. There will also be an Avva Event Technician running the tech side of your event.

Q: Can this experience work for hybrid groups? A: Yes, this experience is suitable for fully remote and hybrid groups.

Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
Payment can be made either via card or transfer.
A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
