The Great Holiday Virtual Bake Off & Mini Games Party

Step inside our Bake Off-inspired Holiday Bake Off Tent for a festive virtual experience combining creative baking, friendly competition, and interactive holiday games.

Hosted by an energetic live presenter alongside an expert Head Baker, the experience recreates the atmosphere of a televised holiday baking competition with festive music, countdown timers, live judging, themed graphics, and two exciting competitions running throughout the event.

Before the event, your group will select either our Gingerbread House Decorating Kit or Giant Gingerbread Snowman Decorating Kit, with the chosen kit delivered directly to every attendee. During The Signature Bake, your Head Baker guides everyone step by step through decorating their festive creation with professional tips, decorating techniques, and plenty of holiday cheer.

Once the decorating is complete, everyone showcases their creations before the Head Baker crowns the coveted Star Baker.

After a short tea break, the presenter takes over for three fast-paced holiday mini games. Using our live digital scoring platform, teams compete to earn points towards the Star Gamer title.

–> Welcome To The Holiday Bake Off Tent: Meet your TV presenter and Head Baker before learning about today’s two competitions: Star Baker and Star Gamer.
–> The Signature Bake: Follow your Head Baker as you decorate either your gingerbread house or giant gingerbread snowman while festive music plays throughout the session.
–> Star Baker Judging: Showcase your finished creation as the Head Baker selects the best decorated gingerbread masterpiece.
–> Tea Break: Take a short festive break before preparing for the games.
–> Baking Brain Teasers: Solve festive visual puzzles and decorating challenges to earn points towards the Star Gamer title.
–> The Yuletide Pub Quiz: Compete in an interactive holiday trivia challenge.
–> Gingerbread Jukebox Bingo: Listen to holiday songs while completing your digital bingo card.

• Q: What platform is this virtual holiday party run on? A: We run this experience on Zoom as standard, but we can also run it on MS Teams, Google Meet & Webex.
• Q: Can we run this experience on our own meeting link? A: We usually run this on our own event link and will send you the link for you to share with your guests after you book. But, if you prefer, we can also run this on your own company event link.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, the experience is hosted by a live presenter and an expert Head Baker. There will also be an Avva Event Technician running the tech side of your event.
• Q: Which decorating kit will we receive? A: Before your event, your group will choose either our Gingerbread House Decorating Kit or Giant Gingerbread Snowman Decorating Kit. The selected kit will then be shipped to each attendee before the event.
• Q: How do the competitions work? A: There are two competitions throughout the event. Star Baker is awarded to the attendee with the best decorated gingerbread creation, while Star Gamer is awarded to the highest scorer across the three interactive mini games.
• Q: Can you cater for dietary requirements? A: Yes. Our standard kits are nut free, and gluten-free kits are available for a small additional surcharge.
• Q: How do we send you attendee addresses? A: We will provide an Excel template for you to submit attendee addresses on.
• Q: When do you require attendee addresses submitting? A: Addresses are required 2 weeks before your event. (This may be longer for international deliveries.)
• Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes. US shipping is included as standard, and international delivery is available for an additional surcharge. Please contact us for a quote.
• Q: Can we arrange beverages & snacks for attendees? A: Yes, we can arrange for beverages & snacks to be delivered alongside your experience from +$59pp (including US delivery). These are delivered separately to your decorating kit. Contact us for full details and available options.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure of attendee numbers.
• Payment can be made either via card or transfer.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
