To book a virtual experience for Mental Health Awareness Month, we first recommend reviewing all of our options via our website. You can then send an inquiry via an online form or email us at [email protected]. Our team will then provide you with a proposal and quote for the experience or multiple experiences you’ve inquired about.
Once you’re happy with the quote and a date & time, our team will book your time slot. At this point, if you know the exact number of attendees, you’re able to pay the full amount for your event either via credit card or invoice/transfer. If you don’t know your attendee numbers at the time of booking, we will initially take a deposit, you can then let us know the final numbers closer to the event date, at which point we will charge you for the balance as required.

A. Yes, nearly all of our virtual experiences can be run if part of your team is in the office and part of your team is remote.
A. To guarantee a certain date or time, we always recommend booking your virtual event as soon as you’re able to. Our minimum booking lead time for a virtual experience that doesn’t require delivery is usually 1-week. For a virtual experience that does require delivery of kits, we recommend allowing at least 3 weeks. (We do have solutions for those looking to arrange an event in a shorter lead time, so please get in touch if this is the case).
