Virtual experiences for Mental Health Awareness Month are online activities designed to promote wellness, mental health and mindfulness in employees. Ideal for fully remote and hybrid teams, virtual mental health awareness month events take place via a video conferencing platform such as Zoom, MS Teams, Webex or Google Meets.
We offer a wide range of virtual experiences for Mental Health Awareness Month. Broadly, these experiences can be split into two different types.
First, we offer virtual wellbeing workshops that are led by healthcare professionals. These virtual workshops are directly addressing wellbeing challenges that remote and hybrid employees face. Some of our most popular virtual wellbeing workshops include our Virtual Resilience & Burnout Workshop, Virtual Refresh & Relax Workshop, Virtual Digital Wellbeing Workshop and our Virtual Desk Mobility Yoga Workshop.
We then offer a range of mindful virtual creative workshops. These virtual experiences promote mindfulness, togetherness and creativity in participants. Some of our most popular mindful virtual creative workshops include our Virtual Origami Workshop, Virtual Terrarium Workshop, Virtual Painting Workshop and our Virtual Candle Making.
With such a wide range of options to choose from we are confident that you’ll find the perfect experience for your budget and occasion.
To book a virtual experience for Mental Health Awareness Month, we first recommend reviewing all of our options via our website. You can then send an inquiry via an online form or you can email us using [email protected]. Our team will then provide you with a proposal and quote for the experience or multiple experiences you’ve inquired about.
Once you’re happy with the quote and a date & time has been confirmed our team will book your time slot. At this point if you know the exact number of attendees, you’re able to pay the full amount for your event either via credit card or invoice / transfer. If you don’t know your attendee numbers at the time of booking, we will initially take a deposit, you can then let us know final numbers closer to the event date at which point we will charge you for the balance as required.
