Enjoy a mindful and inspiring online yoga class, aimed to relax and rejuvenate your group.

In a 30 or 60 mins online yoga session, your instructor will provide step-by-step instructions making this experience perfect for any ability.

Choose between 3 different session formats:

  • Flow Yoga – awaken your body and bring calmness to your mind. You’ll slowly move through a series of shapes that allow you to move your hips and spine in all the directions you can, hydrating your deeper tissues and finding freedom through the whole body. Leave feeling energised and ready to take on the day with ease and focus.
  • Desk Mobility/Posture Yoga – focusing on opening your shoulders, lengthening your spine and creating room in your hips, this is the perfect class for those who spend more time sitting at a desk.
  • Yin/Meditative yoga – where seated or supine poses are held between 1 – 10 minutes. This allows the connective tissues to lengthen, hydrate and become more pliable and even stronger. Mentally, it gives you time to slow down, clear your mind, sit with your emotions and move into a deeply relaxing meditation.

Each class will be tailored to your group’s needs and goals, meaning each session is suitable for every ability. Specifically designed for teams working remotely, these sessions will be a relaxing break from your desk as well as a chance to slow down and stretch your muscles.
