A Virtual Paint Your Pet Workshop

Bring your team together for a creative and memorable virtual paint your pet workshop, where guests turn their favorite furry (or feathered!) companions into one-of-a-kind artwork.

Before the event, participants submit a photo of their pet (or any animal), which is transformed into a pre-sketched canvas and delivered alongside all the materials needed for the session. This makes the experience accessible for all skill levels, even complete beginners.

During the session, a professional artist will guide your group step-by-step through the painting process, demonstrating techniques for brushwork, color mixing, and layering. Guests will learn how to bring their pet’s personality to life on canvas while developing new creative skills.

This online paint your pet class is designed to be relaxed, social, and interactive. Participants are encouraged to chat, ask questions, and share progress throughout the session, making it a great option for virtual team building, client events, and remote socials.

By the end of the workshop, each guest will have created a unique pet portrait to keep as a lasting memento of the experience.

–> Guests join via video conference and are welcomed by your live artist host, with the option for a short introduction from your team.
–> Introduction to the workshop, materials overview, and a relaxed creative mindset to get everyone started.
–> Step-by-step guidance as your instructor walks through painting techniques and color mixing.
–> Ongoing support and check-ins from your artist as guests progress through their paintings.
–> Guests are encouraged to add personal touches and creative flair to their artwork.
–> Group “show & tell” where everyone reveals their finished pet portraits.
–> Optional group photo (screenshot) followed by optional social time after the session.

–> 2 Paint Brushes: Wide Flat and Point
–> 1 Stretched Canvas (11×14 inches), pre-sketched with your chosen pet or animal
–> Acrylic Paints: 0.4 oz of Red, Yellow, Blue, White, Black, and Brown

–> A cup of water, to wash paintbrushes
–> Paper plate (optional), to mix paints
–> Shirt/clothing that you don’t mind paint getting on

• Q: What platform is this virtual paint your pet workshop run on?  A: We typically run our virtual paint your pet class on Zoom to ensure an easy and interactive experience. However, we can also accommodate MS Teams, Google Meet, or Webex depending on your organization’s preference.
• Q: Can we run this experience on our own meeting link?  A: Yes, absolutely. While we usually provide a secure event link, we can also host the online paint your pet workshop on your company’s preferred platform.
• Q: Is this event hosted?  A: Yes, the session is led by a professional artist who will guide your group step-by-step. An Avva Event Technician will also manage the technical side of the event.
• Q: Is this experience suitable for team building or client events?  A: Definitely. This virtual paint your pet workshop is perfect for team building, client entertainment, and virtual social events.
• Q: Do participants need painting experience?  A: Not at all. This experience is designed for all skill levels, and the pre-sketched canvas makes it easy for beginners to follow along.
• Q: What if I don’t have a pet?  A: No problem. You can submit a photo of any animal you’d like to paint.
• Q: How do we send you attendee details and pet photos?  A: We provide a simple template for collecting attendee information and pet photos to ensure everything is prepared ahead of the event.
• Q: When do you need pet photos submitted?  A: We require all pet photos at least 18 days before the event to allow time for sketching and shipping.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure on attendee numbers.
• Payment can be made either via card or transfer.
• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
