Hosted live by a friendly and knowledgeable instructor, the workshop blends practical skills with a mindful, social atmosphere, perfect for virtual terrarium team building or creative online socials.

Before the session, each participant receives a beautifully packaged terrarium kit containing everything they’ll need. You’ll have the option to choose from:

• Zen Terrarium – A classic succulent arrangement for a calming mini oasis
• Sea Glass Terrarium – A beach-inspired design with sea glass accents and driftwood
• Essential Oil Diffuser Terrarium – Combining nature with aromatherapy for a sensory experience

During this virtual succulent terrarium class, you’ll learn:

• The basics of succulent planting and care
• Creative design techniques to style your terrarium
• Pro tips and troubleshooting advice
• How to maintain your terrarium long-term

This is a fully inclusive experience available to participants worldwide, with artificial succulents provided for those in locations where live plants cannot be shipped. Our virtual terrarium making class is the perfect activity for wellness initiatives, creative corporate socials, or virtual celebrations.

OUR STANDARD EVENT FORMAT:

-> Welcome and unboxing your kit
-> Your host will then introduce your workshop
-> You’ll then get a demo before your host guides you step by step to make your own terrariums
-> Your host will provide some facts and tips as you make your terrariums
-> Towards the end, your host will also provide some care tips
-> The event will close with your host answering any final questions

• Q: What platform is this experience run on? A: We run the virtual terrarium making class on Zoom as standard, but we can also run on MS Teams, Google Meets & Webex. (Some restrictions may apply.)
• Q: Can we run this experience using our own meeting link? A: Yes, you absolutely can! Whilst we typically provide a secure link for the virtual terrarium event, you are welcome to use your own company’s meeting link if that’s more convenient for your team. We’ll work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly, regardless of the platform.
• Q: Is this event hosted? A: Yes, this experience is hosted by a live expert host. There will also be an Avva Event Technician running the tech side of your event.
• Q: What materials are included in the kits? A: Kits include all materials required to make your chosen terrariums. (A full itemized list can be provided on request.)
• Q: Can you deliver internationally? A: Yes, international delivery is available for a surcharge. International attendees receive artificial succulents instead of live plants. Some restrictions may apply.
• Q: How do we send you attendee addresses? A: We will provide an Excel template for you to submit attendee addresses on.
• Q: When do you require attendee addresses submitting? A: Addresses are required 2 weeks before your event. (This may be longer for international events.)

• Q: What is the virtual succulent terrarium class? A: It is an engaging masterclass where you’ll create succulent terrariums under the guidance of our friendly host. The masterpieces you create will delight you long after the end of the master class.
• Q: How long is the class? A: Our online class is 60 minutes, but we can customize the format according to your needs.

• Payment is required upon confirmation of your booking. The full balance can be paid or a deposit if you are unsure of attendee numbers.

• A full refund can be made on cancellations more than 30 days prior to a scheduled event.
• You can change the date or time of your experience up to 14 days prior to a scheduled event based on availability.
