May was chosen to commemorate two significant events in AAPI history. These are the arrival of the first Japanese immigrants to the U.S. on May 7, 1843, and the completion of the transcontinental railroad on May 10, 1869—a project built mostly by Chinese laborers.
Virtual 2025 AAPI Heritage Month events are virtual experiences that are created to honor Asian American and Pacific Islander communities’ rich cultures, stories, and achievements. They are perfect for hybrid and remote workplaces, where employees can participate through immersive cultural activities, using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, or Google Meet.

Want to celebrate AAPI Month virtually? To book a virtual event, we first recommend reviewing our list of virtual AAPI-themed activities via our website. You can then send an inquiry via an online form or email us at [email protected]. Our team will then provide you with a proposal and quote for the experience or multiple experiences you’ve inquired about.
Once you’re happy with the quote and a date & time, our team will book your time slot. At this point, if you know the exact number of attendees, you’re able to pay the full amount for your event either via credit card or invoice/transfer. If you don’t know your attendee numbers at the time of booking, we will initially take a deposit, you can then let us know the final numbers closer to the event date, at which point we will charge you for the balance as required.
We know that flexibility is key, and whether you wish to amend an event detail, increase or decrease numbers, or reschedule timings as the event nears, we will gladly welcome the necessary changes. Our goal is to make the process smooth and hassle-free from the very first engagement down to every fine detail, to your final satisfaction.
