To book a virtual experience for your online Christmas party, we first recommend reviewing all of our options via our website. You can then send an inquiry via an online form or you can email us using [email protected]. Our team will then provide you with a proposal and quote for the experience or multiple experiences you’ve inquired about.
Once you’re happy with the quote and a date & time has been confirmed our team will book your time slot. At this point if you know the exact number of attendees, you’re able to pay the full amount for your event either via credit card or invoice / transfer. If you don’t know your attendee numbers at the time of booking, we will initially take a deposit, you can then let us know final numbers closer to the event date at which point we will charge you for the balance as required.

Yes! Whilst our experiences have been designed for corporate events, all of the content is suitable for families. None of our experiences include cursing or content unsuitable for a workplace event.
The price of virtual experiences often vary according to your group size. For example a smaller group should expect to pay more per person, whilst a larger group will often pay less per person. Typically for a group of 20 people, we recommend budgeting £25-£40pp for an experience without delivery, but you can expect to pay less than this for larger groups. For an experience with delivery, these usually vary between £45-£150pp.
Yes, nearly all of our virtual experiences can be run if part of your team is in the office and part of your team is remote.
The holiday season is our busiest time of the year, so we recommend you book your virtual Christmas party as soon as you’re able to. Our minimum booking lead times are based on availability, but for a virtual experience that doesn’t require delivery it is usually 1-week. For a virtual experience that does require delivery of kits, we recommend allowing at least 3-weeks. (We do have solutions for those looking to arrange an event in a shorter lead time, so please get in touch if this is the case).
